I am rejecting this response because GM has full authority to change/correct a report made to credit bureaus that has severely impacted my credit standing and has also cost me thousands of dollars in interest, never mind all the interest that GM has made on my account over nearly yearsGM, like any good and responsible company, could devise exception / grace policies for longstanding customersMaking payments on time, paying off the note early, and attempting to make a payment online that did not go through should NOT result in this lame excuse for a resolution

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
My account has always been up to dateThere has never been an issue or missed payment. The refund for the $DOUBLE payment that GM Financial mentioned in its reply is a completely separate issue and has nothing to do with this complaintThat issues is now being handled through my bank since GM Financial is refusing to send the refundNOTE: The requested bank statement that they requested was successfully faxed to them on 8/2/and confirmed by a couple different representatives thereafter.Regarding this specific complaint (Complaint ID: *** regarding the 7/29/charge of $169.69), since GM Financial is not officially acknowledging their fault to the mistakes and delays made by their department and their back office (even though I have thorough accounts of every representative and manager I've spoken with who have personally admitted to these mistakes), I am forced to ALSO escalate this complaint to GM CorporateI will provide GM Corporate a detailed outline of all the delays and mistakes made by GM Financial and the back officeThis detailed outline will contain ALL pertinent dates, times, names, and issues relating to this caseThe assuming party, as well as the notes on my account (0170890321), can corroborate these factsI trust that GM Corporate (General Motors Company, P.OBOX 33170, Detroit, MI 48232-5170) can see the lack of competency and carelessness within GM Financial and their back office, especially involving the specific individuals I have dealt with and take the appropriate, corrective action in addressing these issuesBecause of this experience, needless to say, I will never be a GM customer again in the future, nor will I recommend GM products to my family or friends

Revdex.com:
I'm attaching a screen print from TrustedId in relation to the "credit alert" generated by Equifax for my accountAfter making probably dozen phone calls attempting to resolve the matter, I was able to pay a final balance todayI suspect the Revdex.com Complaint helped me get action on thisThe person I talked with also noted the dealer Malouf Chevrolet in North Brunswick NJ as refusing to accept delivery in November when I tried to turn the car inthat cost me an extra half day of my life as I had to drive the vehicle to where I originally bought it at Paramus Chevrolet complicating my getting homeI can't think of why anyone would ever use GMAC again after going through this nightmareIf the "credit alert" is not erased at Equifax within days I'll open a new Revdex.com complaint. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
