I'm attaching a screen print from TrustedId in relation to the "credit alert" generated by Equifax for my accountAfter making probably dozen phone calls attempting to resolve the matter, I was able to pay a final balance todayI suspect the Revdex.com Complaint helped me get action on thisThe person I talked with also noted the dealer Malouf Chevrolet in North Brunswick NJ as refusing to accept delivery in November when I tried to turn the car inthat cost me an extra half day of my life as I had to drive the vehicle to where I originally bought it at Paramus Chevrolet complicating my getting homeI can't think of why anyone would ever use GMAC again after going through this nightmareIf the "credit alert" is not erased at Equifax within days I'll open a new Revdex.com complaint. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Your Western Union recurring payment schedule was cancelled online with the last draft being February 3, You remained enrolled in the ACH payment schedule set up with GM Financial until you requested cancellation on April 10, We have sent a refund for the payment drafted on March 20, via FedEx overnight, tracking ***Please be aware, your lease maturity date is June 20,

I am rejecting this response because: I have communicated with GM Financial a number of times about this same incident as well as faxed this attached document twiceThey are very aware of my account number and everything elseI received a phone call from *** at a company named *** *** yesterday at 2:24pm stating GM Financial contacted him to come and pick up the Saturn VueWhen I called to confirm with GM Financial they said they had no knowledge of this and ignore his requestthere are alot of games being played with this company and I will never go through them againI want a letter in writing stating that this vehicle will be picked up and no adverse information such as (repo, etc) will be added to my credit report
