Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I would like to see proof of that GM Financial sent the required letters to my address of recordAlso, I would like to know the exact address they "sent" the required notices toThey did not state what address it was sent toIf they did not send it to an adress I authorized communication from or the original address on fileThen they did not fulfill their duties and they're collection activities are illegalPlease also provide proof that I authorized any adress changes. Please also note: if this matter isn't handled correctly and legally within the next daysI will take legal action against GM FinancialI am an attorney and I have researched the law very carefully on this matter and GM Financial is in violation of the law.
