Please be advised the legally required “Notice of Right to Redeem or Reinstate” and the “Notice of Our Plan to Sell Property” was mailed to your address of record on October 14, Further review of your account reflects an amended “Notice of Our Plan to Sell Property” was mailed to your last known address of record via certified mail on November 21, All certified items were returned to GM Financial as unclaimedAfter the sale of the vehicle at auction, a “Deficiency Calculation” letter was mailed to your last known address of record on December 31, 2014, at this time a deficiency balance of $11,remainsOur records reflect this item was not returned to GM Financial

My account has always been up to dateThere has never been an issue or missed payment.The refund for the $DOUBLE payment that GM Financial mentioned in its reply is a completely separate issue and has nothing to do with this complaintThat issues is now being handled through my bank since GM Financial is refusing to send the refundNOTE: The requested bank statement that they requested was successfully faxed to them on 8/2/and confirmed by a couple different representatives thereafter.Regarding this specific complaint (Complaint ID: *** regarding the 7/29/charge of $169.69), since GM Financial is not officially acknowledging their fault to the mistakes and delays made by their department and their back office (even though I have thorough accounts of every representative and manager I've spoken with who have personally admitted to these mistakes), I am forced to ALSO escalate this complaint to GM CorporateI will provide GM Corporate a detailed outline of all the delays and mistakes made by GM Financial and the back officeThis detailed outline will contain ALL pertinent dates, times, names, and issues relating to this caseThe assuming party, as well as the notes on my account (0170890321), can corroborate these factsI trust that GM Corporate (General Motors Company, P.OBOX 33170, Detroit, MI 48232-5170) can see the lack of competency and carelessness within GM Financial and their back office, especially involving the specific individuals I have dealt with and take the appropriate, corrective action in addressing these issuesBecause of this experience, needless to say, I will never be a GM customer again in the future, nor will I recommend GM products to my family or friends

I am rejecting this response because: While it is true that GM Financial sent a payoff statement, what they sent is useless because it only contains a total payoff amount and no details of what that amount is forIn order to get my vehicle refinanced, I must get a detailed payoff statement that show what portion of the payoff is for the remaining lease payments, what portion is for the residual balance, what portion is for sales tax on the residual buyout balance and any other miscchargesThe payoff statement must have my name listed as co-leseeI have stated that this is what I need many times and I am being told that they cannot provide this detailed informationWhat business cannot provide a detailed statement of what they are charging? As before, GM Financial will disregard the details that I am seeking and say that they have sent a payoff statementHopefully someone at GM Financial will read this request in it's entirety and respond addressing my detailed request and not just say, we sent a payoff statementThat is a total copout

I am rejecting this response because: it does not address the difference between my credit report balance and the balance GM FINACIAL debt collection reported to medollar difference is pretty significant, not to mention they report me late every month, when clearly my January payment has been reported to the credit bureau as paid....answer this one question for me....is my January payment paid or not???,

I am rejecting this response because:While it is true GM Financial's third party vendor can accomplish what GM says they cannotHowever, I am going to have to incur additional fees to be able to do thisThis is unacceptable unless GM is willing to reduce my payoff balance by the amount their third party vendor will charge me to do what GM should be responsible forMy contract is with GM and not with their vendorI am still astounded by this situationIf GM Financial Leasing is unable to transact very common transactions regarding automobile financing in the state of Arizona, then perhaps they should not do business in that state and save all of us consumers these problems

I recieved my first statement today unfortunately I sent payments to the Arlington address earlier this week due to the fact that it was the only address I had until todayWhat is going to happen to those payments? I never received a first statement and looking at feedback from your other customers this is not a new issue Am worried that your companies inefficiencies will reflect on my credit scoreI made every attempt by calling the dealership and speaking to your rude customer service center to get this resolvedTake a look at comments about Gm financial from January through todayThis seems to be an ongoing issue With a lot of customersI have always bought brand new and thought I would try a leaseBig mistake I will never lease again.
