I am rejecting this response because: I will not contact GM financial directly regarding this issue because I never get any resolution that way nor do I get a response as I am told that I wouldI have been told that I would received phone calls from other departments regarding this and never haveThis appears to be the only means of communication where I get a response from youI still have not received a refund as I was told I would And if I need to cancel an automatic with drawl days prior to the scheduled transaction then your customer representatives should be informed to tell your customers that As I said before about a year ago the same thing occurred with my daughter from your company and your representatives do not appear knowledgeable in the areas of my concern I would like to know how long I am expected to wait for my refund, it has been over a month now that I have been waiting for it. I have already leased another GM vehicle through GM financial and I love it I love GM and will get another GM vehicle after this if my issue is resolved I would like the current invoice adjusted off for the amount that I owe While I appreciate the offer to carry over a higher amount than asked for on a future lease, there is no guarantee that this would actually occur. I am rejecting this response because:The account has not been completely updated it only shows the $payment that I submitted on 1/15/the account HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED it states that I am late I could not be late if they received nine thousand dollar payment Plus the GAP payment was sent on Jan 5, not Jan 1, this is very suspicious GM has not updated the account at ALL the same information has remained

By the time you responded, I had already had to pay for another lien letter through ***, because the buyer was getting impatient and I didn't know how long it would take to get a response.I request a refund of at least this second lien letter ($23)I think to truly make right the mistake made when Americredit failed to release the lien when I paid off the car, both fees should be reimbursed.Regards,*** ***
