I contacted GM Financial on Thursday, January 28, to follow up after reading the response they provided to the Revdex.comI spoke with supervisor (***), who let me know the check had been mailed to the incorrect address (a previous address in Houston, TX) and that GM financial would overnight the check to me at the correct mailing address in Hawaii, which is my current residence As of Sunday January 31, 2016, no check has arrived

Please be advised numerous efforts were made to contact you with regard to the status of the accountUpon review of the account, GM Financial determined there is no credit mark on the account for November of Please be advised a subpoena is required for all GM Financial’s internal records

I need to pass on my account information of my GM account number which is #*** With a Recent update to add to my claim We have had the vehicle returned to usBut now they are demanding all the money now to include August in the month they took the car unlawfully and only returned the vehicle a few days before September I made a full payment on it Friday 8/28/and now they want another this Friday totalling $900.00. We did try to have it refinanced at our credit union to pay it off through GM Financial only too find out that the vehicle is $over book value so the credit union cannot even refinance the vehicle for a much better rate and lower paymentWe are forced to deal with GM Financial after everything that has happenedWe did not go through the credit union to purchase the vehicle as I just recently became a member and It is my fiances credit union also My fiance and I are getting married in September and we're not married when I purchased the vehicle with my fiance cosigning on the loan

I'm not rejecting it I'm just tired of the nonsense that GM does , I have had three members of the GM executive branch and three different case numbers and still nothing has been done. Here is the most recent case number *** By the way The car is titled in my fiancé's name but I am the principal owner and driver of the vehicle Her name is Jenny Go I have spent over hours contacting GM speaking with executive branch Bianka , I have been hung up on numerous times , kicked out of the *** *** ***, all because of the lies you have been told to me
