Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I accept the reaponseI have spoke with them this morning about this matter
Regards,
*** ***

My position has not changed on this matter either in addition I will be advising my legal counsel if I do not receive my titleApparently all GM must provide to prove anything is their own creation I have proven they did not send any correspondence to the correct address and that they did possess the correct address from the beginning of the loan I thus far have received no proof that I was notified of a balance due on a loan I was informed was paid in full years ago I therefore think this complain will have to be marked as unsolved by the Revdex.com Thank you Revdex.com for your help

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the response confusing to me. Did the response meant that if I paid the remaining payments for the lease to complete payments, didn't pass the mileage limit, and passed on the inspection report, all I have to pay is the disposition fee? Is this what the response meant? If yes, I will be more than happy to pay for the disposition feeI just want to confirm this in writingNo early additional termination fee since NOBODY told when I inquired about itThey all (dealerships and GM Financial) that no additional charges would be incurred.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Stating a bills or statements were sent out to my address of record is a fabricated lieI have had GM Financial for over consecutive years, including presently with another car lease and they are infamous for sending out bills AND calling your number on recordThey never sent a final bill whatsoever. Additionally, As of August 1st, GM Financial states the account is days oldThis would put the account notice as a start date in MAY 2017, yet again, GM Financial states they sent out a letters in October, nearly months after they allegedly sent out a bill Still also, ironically not one phone call or voicemail ever in months this supposed bill and past due bill was sent. It's time they forward this information to their General Counsel or their Chief Compliance Officer to avoid litigationThey insist on giving excuses and the same redundant generic answers As an attorney myself, why wouldn't I pay a $bill when its due yet pay $a month on-time with my current lease with GM Financial. It is time for GM Financial to answer in a court of law Revdex.com- I thank you for your all your efforts

Dear Ms***,
Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information
Please be advised, GM Financial has submitted an update and forwarded the proper documentation to all three major credit bureaus to ensure the March 15, installment is reported as currentThe bureaus generally reflect the updated information within 30-days, if an update was required
As stated in the contract (See Page 2, Section under Default, Repossession and Other Remedies), If you are in default we may take (repossess) the VehicleYou will pay our reasonable expenses of taking these actions as the law allowsIt was required for the repossession agent to cut a new key in order to take possession and access the vehicleIn an effort to resolve this matter, we will process a courtesy waiver for the key fee
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact GM Financial at ***

As I informed the agent that I spoke with on 5/the notice that was sent out in Jan was for past due bal during the time when I was having to replace a transmission on a car that I had just purchased in which was sold to me knowingly by the dealership with a bad transmission in which Gm financed.During this time I pleaded for arrangements due to the circumstance not being my fault.I was denied for over 2mos because according to gm the loan was too new.The loan was also too new to have to replace a transmission as well.If GM did not hold any responsibility they would have not paid any amount towards replacing the transmission. My account would have not went into repossession status if I was not deceived during the purchasing process. So with that being said, that first repossession status that the account went in should not count towards me.That entire situation turned my household and finances upside down and I am still feeling and living the effects of it.I am rejecting this response from Gm and will be consulting with a consumer attorney. This has caused and is still causing me financial, mental and physical trauma.Im in jeopardy of losing my home,my credit card bills fell behind as well as other things due to this ring of deception by the dealership and GM.GM should do a better job at screening before they finance a car

Thank you for your responseWhile I am not disputing having
a signed contract with your business regarding repayment of an auto loan for a
Nissan Maxima, my contention is that such contract was terminated in
December when I contacted your business and requested that the Nissan
Maxima be repossessed and to this date, the Nissan Maxima is yet to be
assigned for repossession
During this entire ordeal, I have kept in constant contact
with GM Financial and kept them abreast of what had been transpiringI
contacted them in December shortly after *** *** had been
incarcerated and informed GM Financial that the police and my insurance company
have not been any assistance in locating and securing my car even when neither
of the registered owners were in possession of the vehicle
When I initially contacted GM Financial in December
requesting that the vehicle be repossessed, I was informed by GM Financial
staff that although I am requested repossession, GM Financial was unable to do
so with the account being current and was instructed to miss a payment first in
order for repossession procedures to beginI did as instructed, and missed the
December payment and called GM Financial after missing said payment and
asked when the Nissan Maxima would be scheduled for repossession and was
informed that, repossession procedures are not instituted with just one missed
paymentI then missed January payment and contacted GM Financial and
again asked when the Nissan Maxima would be slated for repossession and
the customer service representative was again unable to provide the criteria or
date when repossession procedures would begin
My intent in missing the car payments is so that GM
Financial can assist in locating and retrieving my Nissan Maxima, as they
are my last resort in locating and returning my carI have made it clear in my
multiple phone calls and certified letter to GM Financial that I am more than
willing to pay all past due payments, repossession fees and relocation fees,
etc once my car is located and returned to my possession and yet GM Financial
has failed to begin repossession procedures disregarding my request and offer
As lien holder, GM Financial has a responsibility to know the location of their
investment and have an invested interest in its condition, by continuing to
allow the vehicle’s location to be unknown and not in the possession of its
owners jeopardizes the likelihood of locating it and it being in its original
conditionThis has been the case for the past two months and as each day goes
by, GM Financial runs the risk of the vehicle being further damaged and un-locatable
which boarders negligenceIt is further punitive that GM Financial continues
to report the late payments to the credit bureaus which adversely affects my
credit score and ability to purchase a home and additional vehicle yet does not
take action to repossess the carThe credit reporting by GM Financial is not
the full story, while the payments have been delayed, it is only so GM Financial
can begin locating the vehicle and once that is done, payments will resume and
fees associated in doing so will be paid
As mentioned before, the original September 10,
contract for the Nissan Maxima was terminated by myself in December
when I requested (prior to any missed payments) that GM Financial located and
repossessed the Nissan MaximaAgain, in January I requested by phone
and certified letter that the vehicle be located and repossessed, each request
was met by GM Financial with no response or inaction to locate the vehicleGM
Financial is just as responsible for the late payments as I am as they have
failed to act to locate and repossess the car yet report the late payments to
the credit bureaus without the explanation of my offer to pay such late
payments once vehicle is locatedWhile when signing the contract on 9/10/15,
both owners were employed full time and married, since then, the parties have
separated and will be divorced in March and Mr*** *** is
incarcerated in LA County, CA jail, unemployed with no way to pay for the
vehicleI am not responsible for what another owner chooses to do with the
vehicle and if I continued to pay on a car where I am unaware of its location,
it would only perpetuate the fact that I would not have any idea of where my
vehicle is or any hope of it returning to my possessionI am only requesting
assistance from GM Financial to locate and return the vehicle to me as I am the
only owner that is in a position to repay the auto loan and upkeep the vehicle

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information
On June 15, 2009, you signed a Retail Installment Sales Contract for the Nissan Versa in the amount of $19,at an interest rate of 24.00%Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning July 30, The contract is a simple interest contract which means interest accrues daily on the unpaid principal balanceIn review of the account activity and payment history, more of your monthly payments were applied to accrued interest due to payments being made after the scheduled due date which resulted in the unpaid principal balance that remains today If all payments are paid by the due date, the account would have been paid in full on the contract maturity date
Please note that throughout the time that the account has been active, eight deferments have been processed per your request for the months of January and February of 2010, September and October of 2010, June and July of and July and August of Deferments are used to assist customers in bringing their accounts currentPlease understand that deferred and delinquent payments cause additional interest to accrue
Please understand that GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and account payment history have been reported to the credit agencies with accuracyAs a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions
For your review, a detailed payment history, copy of your retail installment contract and the last five billing statements will be sent by mail to your address of recordShould you have any further questions or require additional assistance regarding this matter, please feel free to contact GM Financial directly at (877) 203-
