I am rejecting this response because:There is a misunderstanding I am not asking to be removed from the loan or said contract for the lease I am simply asking that I be allowed to re-register the car in the state of NJ so that I will not be solely listed on it with *** *** and held liable for any and all parking tickets or ezpass violations I went to the DMV and was advised the power of attorney provided to me to do this was not worded properly The supervisor at the NJ DMV advised me the power of attorney needs to state that my name be removed from the vehicle registration and *** ***'s name be placed on it with *** *** This is a common procedure involving only registration It has nothing to do with the contract for this vehicle which is under bankruptcy at the moment GM has repeatedly advised me that if *** continues to pay they will let him keep the vehicle even though I filed bankrupcy I have no problem with this but I can not be left on his registration He is not even listed and this is causing major problems for me This is leaving me responsible not *** for any and all parking tickets and ezpass violations Please don't hesitate to contact me if further clarification on the issue is needed

As previously advised, GM Financial submitted an update and forwarded the proper documentation to all three major credit bureaus on April 5, 2018, to reflect the account with no credit marks and paid in full Please understand that any additional disputes submitted through the credit bureaus prior to these changes may cause the credit agencies to void the update submitted by GM Financial
On April 12, 2017, GM Financial confirmed with the credit bureau reporting agencies that the GM Financial trade line reflected on your credit bureau reports has been updated to reflect that your account is paid in full with a zero balance and that there is no derogatory information reflected within the payment history profile

I am rejecting this response because: When I decided to do a deferment I was NOT informed that the amount due at that time will accrued interest daily I do not feel I owe GM Financial the US$I do believe I ONLY owe US$2, I have reviewed the account history of my payments made to GM Financial and I have paid over an approxUS$41,and an exception can’t be made? I was never informed from any associate that my loan will accrued interest daily, when I decided to do a defermentI never received any writing explanation on the processes worksIf I would have been educated by the associate at the time of agreeing to the deferment, I might have reconsider the option at that moment

I have reviewed my account and the December statement is still not been posted on my account and there is no record of the November payment of $ on my account and there is no record of my November statement posted on my account but there is a statement for September on there twice The spreadsheet that you have sent is not correct there are no payment showing for December 2016, and there are no payments showing on November in your spreadsheet also, the remaining payment is incorrect I have payment remaining not my account is all wrong and no one is going to correct it I know how the billing system works so you do not have to explain it to me, and the month is not over, and I did not have all these issues when I started with GM Financial, and the staff now seems very unqualified and very rude to say the least and I get a different answer and story depending on the person, no consistency with anything so your information is not true or correct Thank you

I have done this before, it has been the company whom reported a "0" balance then immediately changed it back to an owed balanceWhich is continually being reported as a balance owed when the account was settled in fullImmediately remove the item from all credit bureaus as I have file a complaint not only with Revdex.com, but the FTC and CPBMy next step will be a lawsuit for defimation of my credit as it is a closed/settled account and is now being re-aged to show it as a continuous debt
