I am rejecting this response because: I have been told that a check was mailed out on Feb19th 2018, I was told this will take business days to get to me, after the days, I called back to be told that it will be to business days, and when I still didnt get it I was told that it says it was mailed but NO check number was generated, which means no check was sent out, this is according to a GM Financial Customer service repThen When I called back on the 6th, I was told the check was in fact mailed on the 6th, and even as of yeasterday March 8th I was told again it was mailed on the 6th, Now you are telling me it was mailed on the 7th, not a big deal of day, Im just tired of the liesI just want to get my refund and be DONE with the LIES of GM financial

The balance previously reported was listed as "$10,586"; the new reported balance reflected on all three credit bureau reports as of 12/06/is listed as "$6,457" with no "paid in full" notationsAlso it is reporting the past due as "$6,457" which does not actively reflect a "paid in full" balance; nor does it reflect the reported creditor's "GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy" With that being said; the initial complaint was filed after contacting GM Financial directly and getting no where other than being continually transferred to address my concernsI have also attached the MRS settlement letter which I still have not received a copy via mail of the "paid in full" settlement offer from them; only the e-mail stating it would reflect after the payment is cleared the bankAttached is also the settlement balance which has showed it cleared my bankAccording to the response from GM Financial "Our records reflect that the account was settled in full on November 13, with MRS, a third party agencyPlease allow 30-days for this information to update and reflect accordingly." This means that the account is settled; has fully cleared the bank and has already "updated" the payment in under 30-days so reported by the creditorAs a result; there seems to be no headway with the originating creditor as they can not "update accurately" the informationTherefore my action stands that the entire trabe deleted immediately from all three credit bureaus due to the continued slanderous information being supplied to the credit reporting bureaus which does not actively reflect the current information at handPlease see the below information as it seems to the only source of information that is being recorded accuratelyI also request that the "paid in full" letter me immediately sent to my mailing address that both GM and MRS have on fileIf no appropriate action can be taken immediately, I have accurately and diligently recorded all information, payments and conversations with MRS and GM along with kept all correspondences and updated reports with all information selected to the willful negligence of the reporting creditorAgain I demand that the entire trabe immediately removed from all three credit bureau agencies.This is the e-mailed letter from MRS BPO:

I am rejecting this response because: It appears that GMC Financial has not read my complaint that they have illegally obtained the number that they are asking for according to their own contractSo I will be contacting the Texas Attorney Generals office and than my lawyer to help GMC Finical understand that stealing from individuals is illegal especially when you do not follow your own contractI was very clear how they breached the contract in my last statement which says to me that no one took the time to read what I wrote. Leaving me with the impression that they feel bullying women is ok

I am rejecting this response because:This is completely unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and disputing with each credit agency directlyFurther, I will never purchase a GM vehicle again if this is not resolved. The response you provided is and fabricated for two reasons:- There was NO email sent to me notifying that auto pay was shut off or that a balance was due- You are not understanding the what I am saying for the voicemailMy name was stated, there is no dispute thereHowever, AT NO POINT DID THE INDIVIDUAL CALLING STATE WHO THEY WERE OR THAT THEY WERE WITH GM FINANCIAL, NOTHING TO INDICATE WHO IT WASIf they said "This is GM Financial" this never would have happened. As mentioned, I will file a complaint to the Attorney General and with each credit agencyI will also be reaching out to the dealership letting them know of your practices and will not ever purchase a GM vehicle again due to ways your company conducts businessI will continue to escalate this as far as it will go and have no problem spending money to do soI will make sure that every individual I know understands the corrupt way you do business.Resolve this matter like a morally just company wouldIt is in no way shocking GM went bankrupt years ago and it seems has learned nothing since.Regards,*** ***

September 2, 2012, you signed a Retail Installment Sale Contract for a Toyota Corolla in the amount of $17,at an interest rate of 25.00%Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning October 17, At your request, GM Financial processed a total of four deferred payments that extended the maturity date of the contract to February 1,
On May 3, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal lawsThe state of Ohio does not require a cure period or notice of repossession be mailed prior to repossession
Please be advised numerous efforts were made to contact you with regard to the status of the accountOur records reflect that we last spoke with you on April 7, 2017; at which time a deferment was offered to you, and informed GM Financial that you would call back the next day with check information for the deferment fee paymentThe last payment received on the account was on February 1,
The “Notice of Right to Redeem or Reinstate” and the “Notice of Our Plan to Sell Property” were mailed to the address of record on May 16, by United Stated Postal Service (“USPS”) Certified MailPlease note that after a review of this account, all statutory notices were mailed to you at your last known addressIn accordance with the applicable law, the statutory notice provided information about how and when to secure any personal property left in the vehicleThese notices also explained that you would be required to pay the difference between the amount you owed to GM Financial and the amount the vehicle sold for, plus expenses if you opted not to redeem/reinstate the vehicleAfter the sale of the vehicle at auction, a “Deficiency Calculation” letter was mailed to your address of record on June 27, to inform you of the remaining balance owedPlease understand the responsibility for this contractual obligation remains
