GM Finance removed the negative information on my reports around May and has since inserted it back They are affecting my entire life to include my Security Clearance by doing this Attached shows were the negative information was removed and it was only showing my most recent payment of May

This is concerning Complaint ***.? GM Financial did not resolve the complaint according to the agreement? In the agreement, GM Financial claimed they would resolve the issue by sending me the total amount owed to me of $313.20.? I received a check yesterday from GM Financial for $156.60, exactly half of what they owe me? Can the Complaint ***? be reopened so GM Financial can be contacted again to return the remainder of the funds they owe to me? ?

On July 25, 2015, you entered into a Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement for the Chevrolet MalibuWithin the agreement, you agreed to a month lease term with a monthly payment in the amount of $per month, due on the 24th day of each month beginning July 25,
Please be aware, your lease matured on October 25, and the vehicle was not turned inGM Financial made multiple attempts to make contact with you in regard to the status of the accountOn November 22, you informed GM Financial you wanted to purchase the vehicle and would hear back from your bank on the loan status that same dayA letter was mailed to you on December 16, advising you that the lease was over the contracted term Since there was no extension request or extension processed on your account, the vehicle was assigned for repossession on January 18, On January 19, 2018, you called in advising an agent was trying to repossess the vehicle and you needed to get an extensionOn January 22, GM Financial received all paperwork required from you, and made a one-time exception to approve the extension for six months with a new maturity date of April 25,

Upon review of the account, our records indicate we received a payment on February 22, in the amount of $that was applied towards your March due date On May 29, 2018, per your request, the payment was reversed and applied towards your late fees On May 25, 2018, we received a payment in the amount of $912.59; however, $was applied towards your April due date and $towards your May due date An amount of $was still due causing you to owe this amount each month Please be aware, your account is currently past due for an amount of $for the June 25, due date
