I do not accept the response and I am completely aware that you were not there when I signed the contractHowever you are who financed the vehicle that was sold to me knowingly having serious and several mechanical issuesI am also aware that I have not established enough historyI just had the car 6mos.I have worked in customer service for 12yrs and I do know that "anything" is possible especially when things happen out of the ordinaryThis is way out of the ordinary and deceitful.I didn't expect to have been lied to about the condition of a car that you financed,6mos laterIn addition to that I now have to pay $instead of $and your response totally does not match with GM has told me about this issueI don't know who you are, but I'm convinced that you did not look into my account to see what's going on before your rude and " I don't give a care" response to my complaintI hope that everyone that I have come in contact with that was rude and unfair to me during this dilemma which has caused me serious panic attacks have the opportunity to experience what I have experienced from GM and the dealershipIt's also very unprofessional to not be on the same page and relay the same info from people that also work at GM that I have corresponded with

1) It does not require multiple hard inquiries of a credit report in a hour period to secure a lease.?
2) I did not authorize multiples pulls of my creditPlease provide authorizations for multiple pulls signed by me as well as the name of the individual who clearly explained that multiple credit pulls would take place with a single financial institution for a single lease agreement ? 3) Unacceptable business practice.?

I was in contact with the VP of Customer service whom was able to resolve my complaintNo further action is needed at this time as the issue has been resolved

I am rejecting this response because: According the Credit Bureau's a "Charged off" mean a debt was transferred or sold to a third party and is no longer being held by that creditor? As you have already said, this loan is now being managed by HarvestSo, in lieu a Charged off debt no longer holds a balance and or payment.? If in fact this loan still recides with GM, then it is not a Charged off debt.? All of your coorespondences are contridicting each otherPlease EXPLAIN how you are reporting accuratly and cannot change the reporting to the credit bureaus.? How can a CHARGED OFF debt still hold a balance??

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.? I spoke to *** *** *** at GM financial friday the 23rd and tried on several occassions with my banker *** from ** *** ***? to fax my banking statements without success.? I faxed from another location my banking statements and they where received and proved that there was no reversed payment.? *** advised me that *** was able to credit my account to make it current.? I checked my account online today March 28th and saw that my account is paid up to date with my next payment of due April 1st 2018.? I thanked *** on her voice mail I was not able to speak to her for finally correcting their error on my account.?

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to see proof of that GM Financial sent the required letters to my address of recordAlso, I would like to know the exact address they "sent" the required notices toThey did not state what address it was sent toIf they did not send it to an adress I authorized communication from or the original address on fileThen they did not fulfill their duties and they're collection activities are illegalPlease also provide proof that I authorized any adress changes.? Please also note: if this matter isn't handled correctly and legally within the next daysI will take legal action against GM FinancialI am an attorney and I have researched the law very carefully on this matter and GM Financial is in violation of the law.? ? Please se take this matter seriously.?

I started calling GM financial on March when I realized the big mistake I didI followed up again with them the following Monday which was March 26, 2018; when the check clearedwhy is GM financial waiting forever to refund my overpayment? After since I faxed a proof that the money came from my account, I could have gotten my money the very next dayThank you ?

I am rejecting this response because:You have handled this entire situation car freeThen you insult my intelligence by stating that you are "waiving the $526.91"You are not waiving anything, you are correcting your mistake by removing the that I never owed you in the first place and if your dealership would have don't their job and immediately went to GM financial and said, Ronnie *** just returned his Terrain on April 19th, Then we would not have this problem and I would not be taking time out of my work day to fight this and correct my credit.? With what you have put me through, your offer is unacceptable and offensive.? Get my credit fixedNOW!? ?

I am rejecting this response because:This information is NOT correct! I paid exactly what I was told to pay and was told it covered me THROUGH MAY! If there was an error in the amount paid not being enough that was due to an error on YOUR EMPLOYEES side as I paid EXSCTLY what they told me to to process the extension! Then I called in EARLY to pay June and was told the previous rep had messed up their request but that it would be fixed and they CONFIRMED I was paying June's payment! Then again a week or so later! Again, this information was told to me times! How can I be held responsible for undereductaed employees when I did EXACTLY what was asked of me to bring it back up to date and resolve everything!?
