Our records reflect the receipt of a payment in the amount of $on April 18, was applied towards your April installment due date
As outlined in the Lease agreement (See Page 2, under Return of the Vehicle Section F), you are responsible for any base rent and late charges due at the time the vehicle is turned inIn addition to any excess wear and tear and excess mileage chargesTotal termination charges are calculated after the Lease Termination Inspection is done to the vehicleA final bill will be mailed to you if there are any charges pending after the sale of the vehicle

Your Western Union recurring payment schedule was cancelled online with the last draft being February 3, You remained enrolled in the ACH payment schedule set up with GM Financial until you requested cancellation on April 10, We have sent a refund for the payment drafted on March 20, via FedEx overnight, tracking ***Please be aware, your lease maturity date is June 20,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI feel that it should not have taken an official complaint through the Revdex.com to get GM Financial to refund the over paymentThe problem of demanding a full social security number was ignored and GM Financial never mentioned they would address the fact that they had done any improper practices but dismissed them by just refunding the over payment

Please be advised that GM Financial has not changed our position regarding the account and the information provided
As stated on your Retail Installment Sale contract (See Page 2, section (b) under Finance Charge and Payments), how we will apply payments We may apply each payment to the earned and unpaid part of the Finance Charge, to the unpaid part of the Amount Financed and to other amounts you owe under this contract in any order we choose
Within the contract, you agreed to pay us all you owe under the contract even if the vehicle is damaged, destroyed or missing Our records reflect, you were advised during previous telephone conversations and via the notice mailed to you on December 30, 2016, that you were still responsible for maintaining the monthly installment payments and were still subject to monthly credit bureau reporting until the account is paid in full
As previously advised, our research concludes that the account status and payment history have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and, as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account We have submitted an update to the credit reporting agencies regarding the current status of your account

Please note that GM Financial places a high priority on adhering to all state and federal lawsThe state of Pennsylvania does not require a cure period or notice of repossession be mailed prior to repossessionOn November 19, 2015, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was days past due for the September 24, installment due dateThe vehicle was recovered on November 22, and reinstated on November 24, On June 23, 2016, the decision was again made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time, the account was days past due for the April 24, installment due dateThe vehicle was again recovered on June 24, The account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including both repossessions, are in compliance with your contract as well as all state and federal laws? First, I never submitted a dispute the either of the credit bureaus because the problem was with GM Financial not sending the credit bureaus monthly updates and not the credit bureausSecond, I do not need a copy of my account payment history nor a credit rating mailed to me because I am 100% clear I have made all payments on timeWhat I do wish for you to confirm is that GM Financial has fixed the problem that caused you not to send an update to the credit bureaus since November (last update December 2017)Also confirm that my credit report will be updated monthly going forwardYou can mail me a letter regarding these issues

I was in fact blocked from using the website for payment? When I would log in it would get an error code that stated: Due to the account status, your account has been blocked? It was not from a log in error, because since my complaint I have attempted logging in and miracously I suddenly have access? I want a formal apology and a guarantee this error will not happen again
