Revdex.com:I am continuing to research my claims in order to provide the documentation.? The dealership has confirmed that they sent a payoff check for $6500.? The leinholder has confirmed that the payoff was less than that amount and they had to speak with my wife in order to request documentation.? Documentation has been mailed out by Capital One and I am waiting to receive it.? Upon doing so, I will forward it along.? I did receive the over payment check for $110+.? Funny how initially I was told that no over payment was made, yet I received a check for over payment.? I wish for this complaint to remain open until it can be resolved to my satisfaction after I am able to provide documentation for my other claimsIf the complaint is closed out, a new one will be filed against GM Financial.?

Our records reflect on October 7, 2015, a representative notified you that the payoff had not yet been received and that the payment made on October 6, had been processed and applied to the balance of the accountThe representative also explained that a refund would only be processed if there was an overage after the payoff was received
On October 14, 2015, GM Financial provided Fairfield Chevrolet with a payoff quote good for days in the amount of $ 12,This amount included the payment processed on October 6, A check in the amount of $12,from Fairfield Chevrolet was received October 19, At this time the balance owed to payoff the account was $12,leaving an overage in the amount of $Check number in the amount of $was issued to your address of record on November 13,

It stiill does not address the problem of being billed two months aheadThis is wrong and no other business does business this wayWhen I first started paying, after each payment it woul show a zero balance...not next month's payment due immediately? My billing screen showed an amount DUE of $664, that's for Feband March, so if I were to have paid $for febonly, the GM system would still show an amount owing for march when it isn't even march yet, so something at GM financial has changed for the worst, which is why I just paid off the loan balance on this account, bought another car from a different lenderGM can explain it a thosand different ways, but what I see is a bill for two months? Now I don't have to worry any more because I am so done with this nad billing practice!!!

*** *** there is nothing I can do the party involved is diseased & the only resolution is to remove the $charge from my diseased fathers name,this is elder abuse as my mother a surving spouse is medically unable to drive & she was not aware at time of her husbands passing that she could abandon the lease & as a upstanding citizen & senior she continued to make payments on the vehicle & did NOT drive it,that explains why the mileage is 20,below lease term if this is not resolve & charges removed/waived,DUE TO DEATH OF LEASEE I will be contacting office of elder affairs,consumer protection agency & filing a lawsuit under the terms of lease stipulation of a ‘death’

I am rejecting this response because:There is a misunderstanding? I am not asking to be removed from the loan or said contract for the lease? I am simply asking that I be allowed to re-register the car in the state of NJ so that I will not be solely listed on it with *** *** and held liable for any and all parking tickets or ezpass violations? I went to the DMV and was advised the power of attorney provided to me to do this was not worded properly? The supervisor at the NJ DMV advised me the power of attorney needs to state that my name be removed from the vehicle registration and *** ***'s name be placed on it with *** ***? This is a common procedure involving only registration? It has nothing to do with the contract for this vehicle which is under bankruptcy at the moment? GM has repeatedly advised me that if *** continues to pay they will let him keep the vehicle even though I filed bankrupcy? I have no problem with this but I can not be left on his registration? He is not even listed and this is causing major problems for me? ? This is leaving me responsible not *** for any and all parking tickets and ezpass violations? Please don't hesitate to contact me if further clarification on the issue is needed

? This is GM FINANCIAL's way of avoiding the question of, I want a copy of a contract that bears my original signature or remove it from my credit report.?

I have accepted the terms of the deferment offered and paid the feeWhen I questioned about the losses I took, due to my vehicle being taken after agreeing to our first deferment just to have them take my vehicle I was told nothing can be doneI had to pay a reinstatement fee, late fees, and storage fees for my vehicleI lost work time and pay also due to thisI do realize they have offered another deferment but I also realize I will be paying that at the end of my loanI have still lost my money, due to the fact of all the fees and having to miss workNo one will talk to me reasonably about what happened and what went wrongI would still appreciate answers as to why my first deferment was voided when it should not have been? I had to pay $to get my car from a lot where it was being heldThe black tire tracks in my driveway still remain, the late fees of $that I should not have been charged and a $reinstatement fee that also would not have been necessary? Why can I get no answers and I'm only being told no? Yet, I'm was given a second deferment? It was very hard for my family to pay that when one of us was not able to work

I am rejecting this response because: It appears that I will have to speak to a lawyer about this to determine if this really will be the final resolution on thisMonths ago, I brought to GM Financial attention about these parking tickets that did not belong to me (I know that all conversation are recorded)I concerns were dismissed/ignored and was put on me to try and figure this outIt was at that time that I was even told by the City of Chicago, that if GM Financial insist on associating me with these parking tickets, I should seek legal adviseI have received parking tickets/violation (legal documents) and a bill for demand of payment to the amount of $1,The bill list out parking tickets/violations and received only so there wasn't even full disclosure of all of the parking ticketsI submitted two online complaints, which both were ignoredAnd, the fact that action was only taken once I raised this to Revdex.com appears to be the exact opposite GM Financial takes their customer seriousNopeI don't think soI have every right to dispute any charges, just like its my right to dispute credit card charges but yet, I have gotten daily recorded telephone calls and NOT one human being contacted me about this outstanding billBecause if someone would have spoken to me, I would told them that I was disputing this billThe way GM Financial handled this was 100% unacceptable? ?
