Please note upon the origination of the lease you resided in Nevada where sales tax is charged on the individual monthly lease paymentIn the state of Ohio it is required that sales tax be paid upfront based on the total amount of lease payments for the entire lease term
As outlined in your lease agreement (See Page 2, under Other Terms and Conditions, Section H) it states, you must pay personal property taxes, ad valorem, sales, use or similar taxes assessed on the Vehicle, whether such fees or taxes are part of his scheduled paymentWe may change the scheduled payment if taxes change
A review of your account reflects communication has occurred between you and a GM Financial representative regarding the vehicle

On May 9, 2017, you set up an online Western Union recurring payment schedule to draft $on the 15th of every month, beginning on May 15, with a final payment date of April 15, This type of payment is customer driven, initiated and authorizedPlease note that emails are sent to the email on file with the plan details, and the schedule can be viewed online when it is active
GM Financial made multiple attempts to contact you in regards to the status of the accountIn efforts to protect your privacy, if your full name is not stated on your voicemail a generic message must be left On July 13, 2018, you spoke with a representative in regards to your accountAt this time, it was explained that your Western Union recurring payment schedule ended
Please understand that GM Financial is both by law and by contract required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit reporting agenciesWe have reviewed the data sent to the credit reporting agencies regarding your account and have determined that the information is accurately reportedAs a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account which is done in accordance with the industry standard of the Metro II format in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”)

I am rejecting this response because: Not one bill shows the information you are saying.? Payments have been made extra to each and every bill.? Please bring up the bill that was due each monthExplain to me which bill I failed to pay?? Also explain each payment and show me where I paid less than the minimum balance of each bill?? The fact that you guys are applying the payment however you want does not constitute my account going into arrears when you sent a bill and I paid more than each bill that was sent to me

required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit reporting agencies Please be aware, our records reflect the following months for the account were reported days past due for November and December 2015, January, August, September, October, November and December 2016, January, March and April The account was not reported for any of the months deferred
Due to a recent enhancement, an issue was identified Consistent with our obligation to report only accurate information, GM Financial has suppressed reporting while remediation efforts are ongoing Based on your inquiry, we submitted an update to the credit reporting agencies regarding the current status of your account Please allow the credit bureau reporting agencies 30-days to reflect these updates We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience

explained, this account was paid off on July 11, GM Financial received a bill from the state of Kentucky on July 19, via an electronic file and was paid by GM Financial the same dayThe account was thru billed for the property tax from Kenton County on July 19, 2017, the balance on the account is $Please be advised that Kentucky does not offer refunds on partial years
As outlined in the lease agreement (See Page 2, under Other Terms and Conditions, Section H), you are responsible for personal property taxes, sales, use or similar taxes assessed on the vehicle whether such fees or taxes are billed during or after the lease term, and whether you are billed by the government or whether we pay them and bill you for them or include the amount of such taxes as part of your scheduled payment
