The response only addresses one part of my complaint and ignores the restWhen the vehicle was sold at auction, there was a surplus due the estateThat was days ago, as of today.? This whole time I received no refund of any kindMy remaining issues involve the following: at time of my father’s death, his account was currentI quickly reported the death and worked with GM Financial to return the carWhile GM Financial arranged to sell the car at auction, they assessed a late fee to the accountThere was nothing I could do while they prepared to sell the carSo I don’t think it’s right to add this feeThey added one month rent to the account, but paperwork I received from the auction shows the adjusted lease balance on the day the vehicle was soldNo one will explain to me why this is not double countingAnd finally the original tax receipt obtained from Fairfax County is $less than the amount on the account statementI sent a letter March (days ago) asking about all of this and no one repliedWhen I talked to the agent in lease recovery to follow up, she was unable to give me any answersAnd finally, I had to initiate the process myself of getting the property tax refund (which gets sent directly to GM Financial), six months into this whole processThe fact that they have the refund now is all good; my contact at Fairfax County said the refund was sent (as of March 29, days ago)And finally- the complaint reply gives me a number to call- that is the main customer service number for leases; I’ve tried that number many times over the last year and they cannot help me- they say I can only deal with lease recoveryThe agent I spoke with in lease recovery said she has done everything she can do, which is basically listen to me and make a note of my issuesShe does not have the power to answer my issues, have someone who can answer them call me, or actually get the refund outI’m still waiting

Please note that GM Financial places a high priority on adhering to all state and federal law** The state of California requires a cure period or notice of repossession be mailed prior to repossession, a cure notice was sent to the address on file on April 15, On May 15, 2017, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractGM Financial is both by law and by contract required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit reporting agencie** We are unable to fulfill your request to refund the repossession charge** As of the date of this letter, your account is currently due for the July 1, base rent payment

*** *** Because it tells me nothing I will give you my account number but not my ss number all I want you to do is accept my payments and not reverse them that is the only way to resolve this issue.My gm account number is *** I sent gm finicial a online payment of dollars and you reversed it I know the bank account number was right .But after you reversed it I sent you another payment on 9/30/.To get my payoff down I will send you another payment on 10/06/2017.? ? if you do not reverse these payments I will consider this issue closed and no futher action will be needed thank you and have a nice day

On 3/14/GM Financial replied to my first Revdex.com Complaint in part, "GM Financial submitted an update and forwarded the proper documentation to all three credit bureaus on March 9, to reflect the account with no credit marks and paid in full." I responded on 3/14/in part that TransUnion and Experian already updated, but Equifax had not and that I had received a checkI called Equifax on 3/15/and asked them if they had received word from GM Financial that the account was closedEquifax said they couldn't see it and gave me the number to call Global Customer ServiceOn 3/16/I called Global Customer Service and they said they had not received it and that if they had receceived an electronic update from GM Financial they would have updated my report immediatelySince Experian and TransUnion updated on the 3rd day and the 6th day after my first Revdex.com Complaint on 3/7/I'm inclined to believe Equifax over GM FinancialOn 3/16/I called GM's customer service number to let them know that Equifax had not received word from GM Financial about the account being closedShe put me on holdShe then said that on March 9th they sent the electronic updateI told her again they hadn't received itShe put me on hold againShe started to repeat herself about March 9th again and that it could take 30-days for it to show upI interrupted her and told her they hadn't received it and that they said they would have updated immediatelyI told her, "Okay, since you are refusing to send the electronic update again, I'm letting you know that I will file a second complaint with the Revdex.com on the 45th day from March 9th." As you know, it isn't May 1st yet but it is marked on my calendarNow it is Sunday, March 18th, I checked my mail todayMy new complaint is that GM Financial still isn't paying attention to what they're doing? Equifax did not receive an electronic update from GM Financial on March 9th and I'm asking them to resend the update to EquifaxAlso ask them if I can keep the second refund check dated 3/15/for $that I received in the mail today? Keeping the second check that I believe they sent in error, sure would make me feel better after all this frustration
