I am rejecting this response because: This response does not address any of my concerns in my complaint.? I am well aware of the contract I signed when we purchased our car in 2009.? My complaint was that the contract was not clear at the time of purchaseWe feel like we have been taken advantage of because of our credit history.? I appreciate the explanation regarding the simple interest loan provided eight years later.? Also, in regards to the eight deferments payments, in my complaint I explained that we had financial difficulties and that we were offered payment extensions.? My complaint against this company is that they did not explain the details of these extensions AND if this was to help us, why did they allow us to do it eight times?? This company is not helping customers? I am filing this complaint so that this Bureau investigates the actions of this company and how it does business when it comes to individuals with a low credit history?? I have my statements that show payments were made by the due date asked.? My complaint specifically states that the statements provided by this company are misleading and confusing.? I also stated that I have requested the total principal paid and the total interest plaid to this company and have not been provided this information.? The only response provided by this company is providing me with information I already know and are not providing the information I have asked for.? I have also mentioned that I had to sign an Installment Agreement with no date?? The first statements received after this had no amount or due date on them, however, I was making payments the entire time.? This company has not provided an answer to any of my questions and have only used this opportunity to publish my negative history which I am well aware of.? It has been a tough eight years, I am not denying that, but still I think we should be treated fairly and without discrimination.? Lastly, since the last correspondence, I have not received anything by mail.? I have my statements from the past year and will gladly provide them to this Bureau.? I do not wish for GM Financial to send me detail payment history.? They have already sent me what they call a detailed summary and I could not understand any of it.? I even looked into legal advice and they could not understand the paperwork provided to me.? I have contacted this Bureau to investigate this company and how it has taken advantage of us and how it does not explain loan extensions and details clearly to their customers, they do not provide information requested by the customers in regards to principal and interest payments, statements are not clear and are misleading and this company has customers sign agreements with no dates.? This is my request.? I do not need this company to give me a break down of the loan I have had with them for the past eight yearsI would like them to just explain the specific items I have asked.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

I am rejecting this response because:Dear Sir/Madam:i appreciate responding and acting on my behalf , I received the response from GM though I’m not confident of their statement that I had eight different occasions where I authorized a payment to be placed at the end of this car loanI do admit to authorizing a payment at the end of my loan in the amount of three different times where my husband had surgery on his arm them three different occasions which caused him to be out of work which also resulted in our payments to get behindI do recall requesting to having additional payments added to the end of my loan during the course of my loan however I was always denied for one reason or anotheHow can I prove my three times compared to their eight (of tacking a payment towards the end of my loan) it was always din verbally over the phone with the GM RepresentativeIf they are correct I accept all accounts for all financially responsibility of this car loan, however if their response is not accurate then I would please like an adjustment of my accountThanks in advance

On December 14, 2017, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal laws
A repossession fee is charged every time a vehicle is picked up, along with any other additional feesPlease be advised that to be able to reinstate the vehicle, all past due payments, late charges, impound and repossession fees must be paid in full

I understand this and thanks for your helpIn the past no less than updates have been sent from GM but to no availSo if this time it does not work I will deal with the bureaus myself for this , but will need a letter specially stating that ' all late payments are to be removed off the credit report The last letter I got from gm simply claimes an update was being made but did not specify what exactly was being updated.?

I am rejecting this response because: Not one bill shows the information you are saying.? Payments have been made extra to each and every bill.? Please bring up the bill that was due each monthExplain to me which bill I failed to pay?? Also explain each payment and show me where I paid less than the minimum balance of each bill?? The fact that you guys are applying the payment however you want does not constitute my account going into arrears when you sent a bill and I paid more than each bill that was sent to me.?

Our records reflect that GM Financial received a payment on May 15, in the amount of $that was set up online via My Account using Western Union SpeedPay, this payment is customer authorized and initiatedOn May 18, 2018, the payment was returned due to No Account/ Unable to Locate Account
Please note, your GM Financial Leasing Account Statement for the month of June was generated on May17, and did not reflect the returned itemYou may also view your transaction history for this payment through your My Account profileOur records indicate, your July statement was mailed to the address of record on June 16, 2018, with a total amount due of $822.30, also stating the account was past duePlease be advised, numerous attempts were made to contact you in regards to the account status
