As I told GM Financial I have not received anything via mail and I have many witnesses that can account to that. I also have not received any phone messages that identified themselves as GM FINANCIAL. Now when GM Financial was trying to get the money from my insurance company they had no problem leaving messages with who they were and what they were trying to accomplish on my voicemail. I receive many messages from telemarketers due to the nature of my work something I pointed out to GM FINANCIAL last time I talked to them. They are standing on the fact that they left messages with a phone number for me to call saying that was their attempt to contact me. My current understanding is that a debt collector has to identify themselves. Now admittadly this might be an old or inaccurate understanding but when I asked GM FINANCIAL about this one simple point they would not answer me no mater what I said. I have been making regular payments and with the lack of corrispondence from GM FINANCIAL I had no way of even knowing that they considered me late and that they were reporting on my credit. This is the process that I am calling into question. I told GM FINANCIAL that I have every intention of continuing payments but they are not even attempting to contact me. I define an attempt by what they have done in the past.

I am rejecting this response because:my payments were caught up. I paid everything up to date. the lady I spoke to on the phone told me the repo order was cancelled on the 19th of the month and my car wouldn't be towed. they should go into the recordings and listen to the conversation we had. I took care of the 560 and change like agreed. then over a week later my car was taken from my house with all my work equipment in it and I couldn't go to work because my keys were in there and all my tools. they might want to look up the unlawful repossession in new York state because what the did violated that law. when I called the bank the same day they told me there was no repo order opened and it shouldn't have been taken. took them 30 mins to find out what happened with my car.

Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information.
As outlined in your...
Lease agreement, you are responsible for Excess Wear and Tear and Excess Mileage charges as described within the Lease. Total termination charges are calculated after the Lease Termination Inspection is done to the vehicle.
As a courtesy, GM Financial waived $750.00 of the Excess Wear and Tear for the remaining lease payment as part of the GM Financial Loyalty Program. The program rules explain that any billable amounts that exceed $500 in excess wear or $500 in excess mileage will be the responsibility of the customer. As of the date of this letter a deficiency balance is still owed on the Lease in the amount of $354.08.
Should you have any additional questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact Lease Customer Service at [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:The account has not been completely updated it only shows the $468. payment that I submitted on 1/15/18 the account HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED it states that I am late I could not be late if they received nine thousand dollar payment. Plus the GAP payment was sent on Jan 5, 2018 not Jan 1, 2018 this is very suspicious GM has not updated the account at ALL the same information has remained.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.
You are not replying to what I am saying. You are just wanting me to call. I have done that already and all your company does is lie. That is why I went to the Revdex.com. I am not calling until you make things right. All that will happen is that I will get another undertrained underpaid staff member who will lie to me, not follow through and it will just cause me more stress. Especially if I get mocked and mimicked again. You have lost a customer. And I will make sure that everyone I speak to knows to avoid GM financial, Americredit and GM products. You have stolen money from me through lies. And I will not be satisfied until you make it right. I am not asking for much, just what your employees lies have cost me and my family. I cannot believe that you are telling me that it is normal and acceptable for customers to be mocked, lied to, and caused financial harm. Regards,
