I have been without my car for far to long and now I feel like gm is putting the pressure on the body shop when it is all gm financial fault

Please allow the credit bureau reporting agencies 30-45 days to reflect these updates. Please understand that any additional disputes submitted through the credit bureaus prior to these changes updating, may cause the credit agencies to void the update submitted by GM Financial.

I need more explanation why I was reported May 2016 30 days late to the credit bureau. When it was paid off in Feb 22. I still feel like this is not accurate and lawful in my opinion.

I still feel I should not have to pay to get my things out of my truck. I should have been given a chance to catch truck up. I did provide a sworn statement of ID theft to company.

Upon checking my credit history, I see that March payment was reported late. March payment was made on the 13th of March. Can this be corrected?  I also never received the extra key that was made during the repossession. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Documentation sent to GM Financial from Bluebird show the funds were paid and never released back to the bank. I have also provided documentation that shows the funds were taken and not reversed. I'm will to work with GM Financial if possible to resolve the issue.

As a courtesy, GM Financial waived the Wear and Tear of $242.30 for the Lease of another GM vehicle, your Lease Account has been updated as of May 5, 2016.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It appears that I will have to speak to a lawyer about this to determine if this really will be the final resolution on this. Months ago, I brought to GM Financial attention about these parking tickets that did not belong to me (I know that all conversation are recorded). I concerns were dismissed/ignored and was put on me to try and figure this out. It was at that time that I was even told by the City of Chicago, that if GM Financial insist on associating me with these parking tickets, I should seek legal advise. I have received parking tickets/violation (legal documents) and a bill for demand of payment to the amount of $1,294.44. The bill list out 18 parking tickets/violations and received only 13 so there wasn't even full disclosure of all of the parking tickets. I submitted two online complaints, which both were ignored. And, the fact that action was only taken once I raised this to Revdex.com appears to be the exact opposite GM Financial takes their customer serious. Nope. I don't think so. I have every right to dispute any charges, just like its my right to dispute credit card charges but yet, I have gotten daily recorded telephone calls and NOT one human being contacted me about this outstanding bill. Because if someone would have spoken to me, I would told them that I was disputing this bill. The way GM Financial handled this was 100% unacceptable.   Regards,[redacted]

No reply back is needed, however, your records are incorrect. I called last Thursday (no one mentions that call) and last month I just had questions the lady told me to call back when the time got closer. It's clearly understand that nothing is going to be resolved. I will look into getting my husband who has not only served our country but also fought for our rights to refinance this loan. Your company will not own up to it's faults, your company will not pull the call and accept responsibility, and you guys keep seeing I'm typing the same thing and you keep saying the same thing that is total different from what I am saying. Good Day ... No apologize from that rude manager I see. This is a joke. Mistake Mistake Mistake.
