I am rejecting this response because: Well, first I would like to know the persons full name who I am talking to in regards to giving my personal information (social security number). Equifax has the date for the inquiry on my credit report as March 26, Given the date of the inquiry, my full name & address & signed application for a loan/credit should suffice in regards to evidence in the companies recordsAs I have stated before I have no recollection of ever filling out nor signing any application nor did I give authorization for GM Financial to check my credit report. I am requesting to have this inquiry removed under federal law or unfortunately I'll have to file a complaint with the State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Please read my last response, I have been being promised updates from GM to the Credit Bureaus for over a yearEverytime they promise an update the item will update and within the next days the lates come back onHence, I had requested a letter from GM that I myself can send to the credit brueaus stating the account is to be reported with "no lates", however the only letter I got from GM was one stating they were "updating the account" which is not specific enough for the bureuas. Once again I want GM to send me correspondence on their letterhead stating that the account is to be reported with "no late payments"

Again, the issue is NOT whether there is a balance, the issue is that I am considered past due $dollars when you received over $14kIt's simple mathThanks for nothing.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not sign any contract that included the stipulation that lease transfers must occur in state only GM Financial only imposed this after the fact I was never told I could not transfer the vehicle out of state This was gross misrepresentation of the product GM Financial will end the contract without penalty or allow me to transfer the lease out of state

I am rejecting this response because:two GM Financial Representative stated on phone that I could ignore the property tax bill as it was in the abatement process I requested email confirmation of this they refused “We don’t do that” Asked to speak to manager did not receive call back until this evening when I was unable to take callI requested a call back tomorrow after 3pm Eastern timeIn the above response it does not indicate I could “ignore” billAgain car totaled by *** and GM Finacial and the car disposed of by Chevy before the end of October.
