I am rejecting this response because: My credit score has dropped over points due to you all incorrectly or not at all reporting to the credit bureau about me paying my car noteI asked that you remove the loan completely or compensate me for the "months you all have on my credit report that I didn't not pay" I paid all my car note payments, not to mention I paid them on timeYou all have ruined my credit score and sending it to the credit bureau is not enoughI need my compensation for my credit score dropping or the car loan removed.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I did not sign any contract that included the stipulation that lease transfers must occur in state only GM Financial only imposed this after the fact I was never told I could not transfer the vehicle out of state This was gross misrepresentation of the product GM Financial will end the contract without penalty or allow me to transfer the lease out of state

As I have stated before, I called Bay View in September after my car was paid off because they were still on my car registration from California I talked to a *** *** stating that I had not received my car title She claimed they mailed it to my address She then sent me a release of lien letter that she said would remove them from my registration It did not Unfortunately after being laid off from my full time job my focus was on finding work and yes it took years I finally had to move because of the work situation Oregon DMV needs my car title I have been on the phone for hours with your office, CA DMV & WV DMV I talked to a supervisor at GM Financial who told me to go to your getmycartitle website I followed those instructions to no avail I had to pay money that I don't have for an unnecessary release of lien letter that I already have I sent that to WV as instructed I lived there in where they gave me a Non-negotiable title I am not registered in WV But in your web site my car is listed as registered there WV DMV tells me they do not have my title I went back to your getmycartitle web site again last Sunday to try for the title Their response, we cannot create a Duplicate Title for the stae is WV for a Retail account What is that suppose to mean? I have taken the steps asked of me Someone on your end dropped the ball When I called in *** *** tried to send me to the same website Why, couldn't you send me a duplicate title at that time? I think your web site is just a scam to get more money out of people I think you need to send me a duplicate copy of my title You should have done that when I called the first time instead of blowing me off like you are doing now I will never do business wih your company on any level and will warn others You obviously have my records and car information Your web site isn't giving me my title for some reason that I can't explain If it won't release my title why do you keep suggesting I go there? Bay View Acceptance Corporation/AmeriCredit Company now GM Financial are responsible I think you need to do whatever it takes to make sure I get a duplicate title because you dropped the ball in the first place You say you mailed my car title and I'm telling you again I did not receive it
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Per the Credit Reporting Agencies there is no law that states this claim. Credit reporting to the agency is completely at the discretion of the agency reporting and their own internal policies. Thank you for not helping out a customer in good standing with you. You only show to prove that big business just wants the consumers money and care nothing for the consumer

Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information On June 13, 2015, GM Financial provided *** *** with the overnight payoff address and a payoff quote good for days for the BMW
SeriesFurther review of your account reflects that on the dates of June 17, and June 20, 2015, GM Financial representatives notified you that no payoff had been received from the dealership and that the account would remain in a delinquent status until the receipt of the payoff. The payoff for your account was received on June 30, 2015, at this time the account was days past due for the May 19, installment paymentPlease note that on the date you provided as the trade in date, the account was already days past due for the May 19, installment paymentResponsibility for this contractual obligation remains with you until the payoff has been received for your account; the trade in of the vehicle does not negate this obligation GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting at this time. Should GM Financial receive written documentation from *** *** indicating that they are at fault for the delay in the receipt of the payoff, GM Financial will reconsider your request for removal of the derogatory mark reported on June 19, The letter must be on the dealership’s letterhead and include contact information for the person furnishing the letter on your behalf. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance with regard to this matter, please contact GM Financial at ###-###-####. Sincerely,GM Financial

November 24, 2015I contact GM Financial and spoke to *** *** * ***, on 11/24/at that time I was informed that the settlement could be no lower than $he was to send me the agreement/documents/letter in the mail (I gave him my exact address including making sure he understood my apartment was D (stating D like David) and via e mail at ***.He also stated that after payment it would take 30-days for this to be updated in the system and sent to the three credit reporting agents - I am asking that this be expedited.December 1, 2015I did not receive anything via United States Postal Service or e-mail I then call him again He stated the letter was sent to apartment B, I also told him I did not get an e mail; stated he was taking it to customer service so they could e mail it to me.I can be contacted via ###-###-####December 3, 2015I did not receive anything any e mails and I again contacted GM Financial this time opting to speak with someone else other than Anthony I spoke to *** *** * *** He look at the information and stated the other agent for whatever reason did not put in the email (or didn't follow through) He told me he would have it printed out signed by his manager and send it to me within the next minutes that was approximately 1/pm eastern it is now after pm and I have not received any emails. I am now requesting that this matter be turned over to someone who will follow through on taking the necessary steps so payment can be made and the credit reporting agencies will be informed
Again, the issue is NOT whether there is a balance, the issue is that I am considered past due $dollars when you received over $14kIt's simple mathThanks for nothing.

Empathy does not solve my issue AT ALL! I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem but I'm more than sure I'm not the only oneSo much technology available these days you mean to tell me you don't have a system in place to assist when something like this happens, whether it be the consumers fault or your own and in this case it's BOTH. I'll admit my faults but I'm still waiting on the company to admit theirs, but oh that's right they can'tWhy is that, because they don't record their phone callsI had a phone call that I wanted pulled and was told it wasn't available because it wasn't recordedNow see I have a problem with that, how am I going to "show" you where you all opened your mouths twice and made a mistakeI explained to them don't talk to me like everyone in your company is perfectAdmit that mistakes happen, tell me that yes they may have told you what you're saying MsHowardNope, nothing of the sort, instead you want to tell me "based on the notes". To my recollection you are depending on a human being to recall the facts of a phone call as best as they canWell there is ALWAYS room for human error, again I admit mine...when are you going to admit yours??? The fact that you use a 3rd party to process payments can be a hindrance within itselfWe have come so far and you're basically telling me that you "can't see" what is going onWhat type of customer service is this where the deptscan't see the same thingYou show payment being submitted while your bank (that you have no access to) shows otherwiseTell me how does that help the consumer when billing comes into playAll of this is rhetorical at this moment but my issue isn't resolvedI have submitted another complaint simply because your customer service fails to lack the capacity of giving consistent informationBecause of the lack of competency we are here on Revdex.comI'm being "talked" to as if my issue is going to directly affect the individual to whom I'm speaking to at the timeMy issue isn't coming out of your *** ***'s check, Brit's check, and *** or *** at the corporate office's checkYes I spoke to corporate as well because you all need to get it togetherNever in my life have I had to report a company...NEVER! Do you want my business or not? Do you want business with future consumers or not? I only care about one thing, figure it out!
Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information. We apologize for any miscommunication you feel may have occurred.GM Financial places a high priority on adhering to all state and federal lawsThe state of Missouri requires a cure period or notice of repossession be mailed prior to repossession twice per contractThese notices were mailed to both parties liable for this contract at your last known address on May 12, and August 12, The decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, on September 2, 2015, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal lawsAs you were previously advised, our records reflect that the deferment amount was due on August 21, and that numerous phone calls were made, to both parties of this account, and voice messages were left in an effort to discuss the status of the account from August 24, up through the date the repossession occurredE-mail correspondence was also sent to *** regarding the status of the account on August 31, 2015, September 8, 2015, and September 16, 2015; prior to the date of the repossession. Please be advised that the repossession company is an independent contractor and is licensed as suchAny claims against their company, like those regarding the damage to your driveway, will need to be addressed directly with their company and/or licensing authorityPlease understand that not all telephone calls are recorded and are for internal use for training purposes onlyIncluded for your review is an additional copy of the e-mail sent to *** on September 8, 2015.Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact GM Financial at ###-###-####.Sincerely,GM Financial
