On August 1, 2017, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by the contractAt this time the account was days past dueOn August 8, 2017, Mr*** explained that he had not received any email from you on the date of July 22, Please understand that there can be no payment arrangement unless there is an agreement to the arrangement by GM FinancialOur records reflect that prior to the repossession an email was sent to you on July 27, requesting that you contact GM Financial
In an effort to assist you, GM Financial allowed you defer the July 6, and August 6, installment due dates as part of your reinstatement of the vehiclePlease also understand that any calls made to you were made as a response to voice messages you left regarding the reinstatement of the vehicleA cease and desist regarding contact via telephone is still in place on your accountOur records reflect that the reinstatement of the vehicle has been completed and that the vehicle was delivered to your address of record on August 15,
GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account

I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure what the process is here, but I am offended that GM Financial, with all its resources, continues to stall updating my account Clearly no one is in charge of customer service and I continue to have entry level employees attempting to fix this problem As the screenshot attached to this email will show, my next payment due date still says November, 2017, when it should be December, 2017, and the number of payments remaining says when I only have payments remaining GM Financial's typical answer to my complaint is "The way our system is set up....." Then change the system It's that easy I am growing more and more weary of this cat and mouse nonsense through the Revdex.com and am inclined to find an attorney who would be more than happy to represent me in this matter My time is important I continue to be angered by having to respond to GM Financial's unwillingness to cooperate or assist with this matter I was told by a representative last Friday that I would be contacted yesterday To-date (Tuesday evening, 8:p.m., CST) I have not received a phone call from them I would like to go on record, however, that I have downloaded an app that will allow me to record phone calls and will make it clear the next time I am contacted that every syllable of our conversation will be recorded Had I been given options at my dealership when I purchased my vehicle and HAD I KNOWN the problems I would have encountered as a result of this loan, I would have surely gone another direction If anyone reading this post is considering buying a GM vehicle of any kind...take my advice: get your own financing elsewhere....even when zero percent interest is offered on the loan

It stiill does not address the problem of being billed two months aheadThis is wrong and no other business does business this wayWhen I first started paying, after each payment it woul show a zero balance...not next month's payment due immediately My billing screen showed an amount DUE of $664, that's for Feband March, so if I were to have paid $for febonly, the GM system would still show an amount owing for march when it isn't even march yet, so something at GM financial has changed for the worst, which is why I just paid off the loan balance on this account, bought another car from a different lenderGM can explain it a thosand different ways, but what I see is a bill for two months Now I don't have to worry any more because I am so done with this nad billing practice!!!
