I asked this company to cancel my order and provide a full refund moments after my purchaseThe production on the product had not started, nor had they even processed my paymentA ticket was opened for a full refundThey ignored my request and started production on my product days after I asked them to cancel the orderThis should have never happenedI opened tickets after I received an email saying my product was in production asking why this happenedThe company closed my tickets with no response, ignoring meIf this is legal, then it is most certainly terrible business ethics and this company should be shut down

I am responding only because a delivery of bags was finally made on 3/18/16. We will never use *** again - I have never had such an unpleasant experience in attempting to purchase anything and I have been doing this for years!

product for a customer to file a claim with our customer service teamYour
order was placed on 5/4/and we clearly state that all orders will go into production the next business day and we did that as we shipped the order out 5/5/via *** ** *** and it was delivered the next business dayIf we make a mistake and do not ship an order out on time we will always issue a full refund and even let the customer keep the product, but this did
