Dear ***,We have listened to all recordings that we have on your order and upon reviewing the entire conversation that took place it seems that there were some minuscule miscommunication that lead to this outcomeOur sales representative mentioned what size and specifications you chose at minutes seconds on the recording where he stated that the price and size which was for 18"x24" yard signs after which you asked for an invoice on minutes seconds onward since the total on your order page was less than the total we were stating, our sales rep asked for a screenshot of your order page to cross check what you selected and what he selected to figure out the reason for the price difference which upon verification he mentioned that you selected 12"x18" yard signs at minutes into the recording which was causing the price difference to which he mentioned that you can change to this and you asked for another invoice to see the overall cost to which our sales rep stated that he will be sending the invoice with these specs and if you are alright with it he will move it forward to process the order with a discountAnother invoice was sent by our sales rep on minutes seconds into the recording where he clearly stated that this pricing was for the 12"x18" yard signs and he asked you to approve it if you were okay with that so we could proceed with the orderAlso, the call after that through which our sales rep reached your office for approving the proof, the size was also mentioned to the gentleman that received that callWe understand your frustration and disappointment but please try and understand this situation from our side as we have done everything according to the specifications you approved which was clearly stated in the invoice and the proof that we sent youWe have always done the most we can with the best of our abilities to help our customers when ever we are at fault but there are times like this when we have done nothing wrong but produce an order exactly according to the specifications approved but it still ended in a mishapPlease know that we cannot be held liable for this issue as we have followed every proper protocol before producing these products but as we have always prioritized our customers over all aspects we are offering a $refund on your order as a token of courtesy and goodwill in hopes that this minor incident will not tarnish our relationship and prevent us from doing future businessWe hope that you understand and realize our situation in this matter and give us another chance as we will also provide a 10% discount on a future order of your choicePlease contact us for any further inquiriesThank youSincerely,24HourWristbands.com

I will not argue about your turn-around time, you can find THOUSANDS of people with my exact same issues, despite your claimsYou have one star on ***, and a consumer has even created an entire website called *** to attempt to notify prospect customersUnfortunately I did not find these reviews before making my purchase. I paid "the price" and did not receive the service you claim to provideI will gladly ship you the wristbands, plesse provide a prepaid shipping label to return them and I will get them on their wayI refuse to pay to ship these back to you on my dollar, none of this is my mistake.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint My complaint isn't about a refund or the money, it's about the lack of decent customer serviceSomeone sent a message, asking for a different color, I gave one, they said they would process the order with the original color that they found in stockThe next day I asked if everything was on track, and that same ticket reflected that it was indeed still on trackThe following day, I got a phone call saying to check my messages, I did, and there I come to find out that nothing had been doneI tried calling, was hung up on twice by your automated messagesI got a hold of someone who transfered me to the same extension that hung up on meThen finally I got a human being's voice by calling your order line (I should never have to call that many times to talk to someone about that) who said nothing had been done because I never selected a colorThe bands were supposed to be in the next day for a fund raiserSo not only did I think I had done everything right (and according to the open tickets, I did do everything right), but my club missed out a fundraiser that they needed to have in order to pay for their graduation siteThat made me incredibly sad and frustratedTHAT is what needs to be fixedHUMAN CONTACT and smart human contactNo one should EVER get the run around especially when they are paying extra to make sure things get done ON TIME

The response does not solve my complaint because the order did not arrive in time for the intended event There is now no purpose for the product I called after the date of the event to cancel the order and was once again hung up on by staff Once I was able to speak with someone I was told the order could not be cancelled At this point, a full refund and contact to the office to process the refund would be the only acceptable resolution
