I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
I appreciate your gesture of 25% refund, but at this time I
don’t think that is sufficient for the time and issues I had to endure. Customer
services were very rude not once but twice and treated me like they really didn’t
care about what issues I was having. Time was a big issue. I had to take hours
out of my busy schedule to deal with this matter. A 50% refund would be accepted
the product was really not the way I wanted it but was deceived into believing
that the lobster claws were unavailable.

While I still think that the refund they provided should've been for the full amount of the 100 koozies that I was unsatisfied with ($42.00), I will resolve it because they're refunding around 71% of the amount ($30.00), and because I'm ready to move on from dealing with them. I still will not ever use their company again, and I'm still frustrated that I had to go through so much to get more than an $8 refund. I do not believe, for a moment, that customer satisfaction is their top priority, because they would've rather I had just accepted an $8 refund and sat quietly unsatisfied. Instead, I opened a case through [redacted] and rated them on [redacted], as well - once all that was done was when they offered more of a refund. You don't force your customers to go through [redacted] if customer satisfaction is your top priority.Thank you for helping with my case, [redacted]. I appreciate it!

They indicated they would ship me out new products 72 hours after. That was approx 100 hours ago and they have failed to do so nor are they answering my oleas for a tracking number.
