I needed to contact customer service by phone as your online support was useless. My clients did not receive the bracelets in time as stated in my customer service requests. You were given ample time to correct this issue and did not. I as the customer needed to place a phone call and follow up as your support team did not respond. Please refund me for my order in the amount of $130.32 for my order that was placed on May 26,2015 which you were unable to complete and fill based on your 6 days processing and 6 days delivery. You clearly state that it was you mistake in the customer service log.

Hello, we are not dismissing your complaint but we are in the business of customizing promotional products. If the artwork provided to us can't be printed on a particular product we inform the customer that we do not advise moving forward. We do not want to produce a product which is not up to our standards even if it means losing an order. Also your complaint about inventory issues is something we deal with on a daily basis. It is very expensive to maintain high volumes of inventory so we are do our best to keep all of our products stocked, but sometimes a product goes out of stock during the production process because we are placing thousands of orders daily. The product may be in stock at 9 am, but by 3pm that same day we can be out of stock. We are not holding on to your money, but we do like to contact our customers and see if they can wait to receive their product at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this refund was issued and if you have any other questions please let us know. Thanks.

I have not notified [redacted] yet to dispute.  I was hoping the company would decide to refund my money before I dispute.  My plan is to file a dispute if I don't hear from 24 hr wristband in a favorable manner by the end of today.  [redacted]

I ordered 300 wristbands on May 12, 2016. I selected a 7 day production time and 6 day delivery time. As of today, June 7, 2016 I HAVE NOT received these wristbands. This was purchased for an event that we had for June 2-4, 2016. We no longer are able nor do we want these wristbands. When I called last Wednesday, June 1, 2016 I asked for a shipping update and they told be they would DEFINITELY be in on Thursday, June 2, 2016. As stated, we still have not received these wristbands. The tracking number they gave me is not working and the last status update we received via [redacted] was on May 27, 2016. I made a much larger order of 900 wristbands on May 11, 2016 that we received in plenty of time. I also received an e-mail on May 13, 2016 that BOTH of my orders we ready for production. When asked why we did not receive the smaller order [redacted] [redacted] but received the larger order [redacted] [redacted] there was no explanation and I was told there was "no guarantee for delivery." I find it extremely unacceptable that after 2 orders, one order was delivered in the allotted time, but another order was given no explanation on failed delivery and I was simply told there was "no guarantee." I would like a refund for the order that I have yet to receive. The order # is [redacted] The total for this order was $264.18. I am not able to use these wristbands anymore because the event is over.

Hello, thanks for your post. A total refund of $152.91 was issued and the customer approved because of the style change for the wristband. The order had store credit which was used and the remainder was refunded. We do not feel any additional refund should be issued. Thanks.

I have been dealing with issues from this company since 7/28/2015 when I made my first phone call and spoke with a customer representative than. I have since spoken with an additional 4 people via phone and 1 [redacted] With that being said, I do not feel, what so ever, that this complaint is "premature" in any nature. The whole experience with this company has been difficult and frustrating. Only after I filed this complaint did the company agree to reinburse me fully, something that any other company would have done without any battle. I can only wait to have the product returned and my money reimbursed so that I can hopefully forget about this awful experience all together. [redacted]

As you can see we clearly state that this time in business days in the minimum amount of days you should expect your order to be completed in. If you would like a policy refund you can still send the order back to us or we can offer you a courtesy 15% refund and keep the product. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello, we have reviewed your order and it looks as though both products which you ordered (lanyards and buttons) were both shipped on time. The buttons were placed on 6/18/15 with a 3 day rush production and was shipped on the 3rd business day via Fed Ex [redacted].  The customer had...

no issues with the product they received except for 15 buttons, and we offered a refund for that limited quantity of the order. For the lanyards the order was made in the 15 business days our standard production can take up to. We understand if you were frustrated with the longer than usual production time, but all we an offer is a courtesy 15% refund for the inconvenience. The refund for $42.20 will be issued if you accept this offer. If you want a full refund for the lanyards we ask that you send the product back to us in full. This is the only way we could approve a full refund when an order was made on time and without any defect. Please let us know how you would like to move forward. Thanks.

I've contacted your company multiple times and I said I received remake. That's not this issue at hand. The remark size and original size of logos are totally different. The remake wa how I wanted the originals printed. Your company never gave me a proof.
