I just want to say that as big of a company and how well they are known, Groupon really needs to deeply consider changing their entire customer service procedures, Stop using cut-and-paste responses and to learn to be more personable with their customers and be way more prompt in responding and resolving customer issues, especially as mine! Having to go as far ask asking the Revdex.com for help resolving this matter should throw all sorts of red flags about how poor their customer service is!

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for finally doing this for me as a long time Groupon customer. However, the instructions provided have not and do not work I can not redeem an expired voucher nor mark it as redeemed. This should have been resolved over a YEAR ago. I am mostly disappointed with Groupon customer service for not being able to resolve this issue in a simple chat. It has been an inconvenience to have dealt with multiple chat sessions and now the Revdex.com
