*** *** I tried within minutes to return this item I Made several calls, sent over ten emails I have purchased a lot from Groupon through the years Last time I had as issue Response was immediately and credit issuedAs stated I wanted one item mailed to Florida When First attempted purchase would not allow me Florida, I thought I had canceled that order I have an email from Groupon Two were being sent, but I would only be charged for one I am more than willing to forward this email, if you want to challenge. Customer should be informed of a third party venderWebsite did NOT state this How is consumer to know Or what did I not read I followed your procedure, please check to your Customer Service Representative form Asia who put me on hold for over minutes and I keep calling back It disappoints me Groupon will not issue credit, not issue return mail payment, to a former loyal customer who followed the procedure and it was Groupon Representative who put me on hold or hung up. It's not the money, it the treatment of the person

I am rejecting this response because: Groupons "policy" of only allowing refunds withing days of purchase is absurdAs in my case, the vendor did not respond within the day nor day nor day window after my repeated attempts to engage them to schedule serviceGroupon can say that is their policy, but this practice is deceitful at best and fraudulent at worstI still demand refundThey are and will not be out any money, so what is their problem? Let me answer that...greed

I am rejecting this response because: I have been told by different supervisors that my account would be credited..As of today, July 8th,& according to my credit card company, there has NOT yet been a credit adjustment on my accountBecause of past history with groupon~' seeing is believing'!I do understand it takes a few days to process, but until credit has been given, I do not want my Revdex.com complaint to be closed Hopefully, by next week, and if groupon DOES follow through, will there be a positive outcome, and then I will accept this offer.Thank you, along with this response dated July 5,
