Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it does not explain the conflicting language concerning the return policy that is linked to this specific purchaseGroupon continues to fail to do the right thing on their end which would be to refund my purchase when their return policy states that I have days to obtain a refundI contacted them on numerous occasions and they fail to state why their return policy would be linked to a purchase that is supposedly final saleTheir business practice of charging me when their website was failing is a way of cheating a customerI have been harmed by their continued failure to remedy this issue Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] Groupons handling of the situation escalated the problem their customer service along with their responses were horrendous.The date stated when the tickets were ordered was different then the actual game dateI made calls before the event trying to get the tickets which were never supplied .I took a day off work for the new date of the tickets and still no ticketsI lost a days pay hours of my time on the phone and endured a tremendous amount of aggravation from their blantant lack of concern and incompetenceIt states on their vendors website in the event tickets are not delivered there is a 150% refund policyGroupon needs to step up and do the right thing!
