Last night, I rejected the company's response to my complaint. Today, I actually did receive the money I was owed from Guzu. I would like to close the case as I am satisfied with the outcome.

The company emailed me on November *,2015 and said that ache I had been mailed and I should have it in 5 days...never received it. It is now November **, 2015.

I had received a Check# [redacted] from GUZU shortly after my complaint had been filed to which I immediately deposited into my checking account and that check bounced causing a $16.00 fee to be charged to me. The Check received from GUZU was dated for 12[redacted]/2015 although received on 3/**/16.
I would like for GUZU to deposit Directly in my [redacted] ([redacted]) account the $160 and the $16 dollars that they now owe me, for a Total deposit of $176 dollars.

I had corresponded with Guzu via e-mail several times.  My daughter IS a "minor" - I can provide a copy of her birth certificate if needed. 
It is clear to me that they took advantage of her.  She sent them a perfectly operational iPhone 4s, and they sent her $13 for it, even though we agreed to $52 for it, and nothing less.
After I continued to e-mail Guzu, even advising them that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if they did not respond to me, they continued to ignore my correspondence.  I can send you copies of anything you need from my end as well.

The company has stated that they sent out a check on 12/**/2015.  As of 1/6/2016 I still have not seen this check.  I wouldn't consider this case closed until the check has arrived and cleared my bank.
