The company said they mailed me my new check and to allow 3-5 days, but I have not received any check and it's been over 3 weeks. I want my check and tracking number to view my check shipping as they promised.

 The company has not sent a legitimate [redacted] or tracking number that is [redacted] or [redacted] certified.  If you evaluate the complaints submitted repeatedly by other consumers, you will see this is their normal routine to try and through agencies off their scam trail and keep taking the consumer through hoops, never actually making good on the promise to send the legitimate funds.  Further action needs to be taken against at this business to prevent consumer fraud.

I initially thought Guzu would be a reputable company and trust worthy. Boy was I wrong! I sent in two used iPhone 6 along with one iPhone 6+. They gave me a fair quote and instructed me that I would be receiving payment via [redacted]. After over a month of emailing Lindsey Y[redacted], I was informed I would receive payment in 2-3 days. 6 weeks later I have no phones and ZERO response from the company as to why they never paid me. Given my chain of emails and correspondence I am tempted to reach out to law enforcement. I will be seeking legal counsel and taking the necessary steps to recoup my loss. Given the D- company rating and multiple negative reviews on [redacted] I am less then optimistic.
