I purchased a Hisense dehumidifier 2/23/from Lowe'sAt the end of May the pump stopped pumping to the hose and instead diverted to filling the bucket instead, requiring me to empty the bucket once/dayThe 90-day exchange period at Lowe's had just passedLowe's said I had to call Hisense and deal with them directlyI called them the end of May requesting replacementThey said I had to cut the power cord and mail it back with a return form Although I pleaded with them to mail me a new one so I could keep using this one and manually dumping it because I couldn't go without oneThey refused to consider making any allowance on their exchange protocol, and I had to buy another de-humidifier in the meantime because I couldn't go without one for even hours, let alone the 7-business days I was told it would take to get a replacement(We had just had a huge mold remediation project done on our house costing thousands of dollars and we have to keep humidity below 50% to inhibit

When I turn the tv on, the screen will come in for about seconds then black out and all you get is sound, tv is un use able

Failing to honor warranty on a inch TV
I purchased my Hisense inch TV (Model: ***) about months agoThe TV simply stopped working for no apparent reason one day weeks ago (About half of the screen was displaying colorful vertical/horizontal lines while the rest was displaying picture)I called for their warranty service and after sending them photos of the display of the TV screen as requested by them, they replied me on e-mail and followed by a phone call advising me that the internal LCD panel was cracked and it was not covered by the warranty
The manual with my TV clearly says that my TV was covered with a yr warranty on LABOR and PARTSThere was no damage done to the TV by me (Clearly shown on the photo sent to them)
It would be a misleading if not deception should Hisense refuse to honor their warranty to have my TV repaired

I have had issues with TV since I bought it called multiple times and nothing was done about it no follow up etc and it takes at least minutes to speak with someone now they are telling me it is out of warranty when the product was never fixed I looked online and other people are having similar issues with their tv so it's obviously a manufacture issue and they leave customers hanging the smart app don't work it's frozen nothing works I want it fixed or take your defective product back

Our first Hisense dehumidifier lasted one summerWe got our replacement which lasted monthsIt did not work the following springThey sent a replacement unit which worked for a short period of time but then also stopped workingThey refused to replace or repair the second defective unitThey said the replacement was out of warranty even though it had only been used for three months (nice trick)They base the replacement units warranty off the original units warrantyWe had the replacement unit less than a yearBottom line, they do not stand behind their product

Attention everyoneI purchased the Hisense 65H8C from Best Buy in April of this yearI bought this TV because it was advertised to provide 4k and HDR at a very affordable priceTo this day, I have not been able to verify whether or not this TV actually has the ability to play 4k HDR because NONE of the apps show in 4k and there is nothing in the menus that even mentions 4k HDRAnd here is the real kickerSoon after the 65H8C came out, Hisense released a 65H8C+ which is the exact same tv, but actually has menu options for 4k HDRNow I ask you, how fair is this?! I have since contacted Hisense on several occasions, only to be told that "an update is coming soon that should enable HDR"Huh? Shouldn't this TV have apps such as Netflix and Amazon that already show HDR? I am SO disappointed with my purchase and I am angry because there is nothing I can do about itBest Buy wont refund my moneyFor budget 4k HDR I highly recommend a different brand such as TCLThey have a very good record of responding to customers and their TV's actually do what the box says it will doI am SO very disappointed in HisenseNever again!

I purchased a tv from hisense feb and a storm occurred august and my "one year warranty" doesn't cover acts of natureso I asked her what does the warranty cover? She said our warranties cover manufacturing issuesThen I said ok are there any known issues with this particular televisionShe said no NONE of our products have manufacturing issuesSo if what she is saying is true that means the warranty is null and void and redundant and there is absolutely no need for a warranty at all I am not happy at all

I have multiple Hisense televisionsOne particular television updated and remove Pandora and Vidu icons, I called, Hisense about this and after a few weeks of getting the run-a-round with email that never showed, the company finally sent me an USB drive to updated the television and restore Pandora and Vudu(the main reason I chose this brand) The update did restore both Pandora and Vudu however completely destroyed the software of the television and the picture has a rainbow color defect!
So far after multiple phone calls to the corporation they have not helped result my permanently damaged television which is under warrantyThe customer relations with this company is any positive review such as the Revdex.com as listed So far this company has not done any type of costumer service, I had to call them and so far have only a broken TV and reoccurring phone call conversations I have had to place with this company only to get nowhere!
