We called Horizon to come out and take a look at our heat pump unit after our house smelled like fire and was hazy. Your technician, [redacted], was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained to us everything that he had discovered and answered all the questions we had. He gave us a number of options and explained the pros and cons of each option. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service!

Great, fast service on a leaky toilet. Left the bathroom clean and was professional and efficient.

This is my third experience with horizon for getting a drain cleaned. They are very clean, pleasant and professional.

I decided to stay a member of the service partner program because of [redacted] and continued great service Horizon offers every time they are in my home.

I had the pleasure of having Technician [redacted]. service my AC unit. He was prompt, polite, courteous, he explained details to me in a language I could understand and diagnosed the problem with my AC unit. He was very professional and identified a problem that required next steps. I am confident he is the best.

Thanks to Horizon Services for having on call Technicians! My husband came home to find our hot water heater leaking. He tried unsuccessfully to install one on his own and finally called to see if he could get a Technician out. [redacted]. was here within 20 minutes! AND he had a new one installed in no time. He was friendly despite the fact that he had worked since 5 am this morning (he left around midnight)! Thanks again Horizon!

I would like to commend [redacted]. from Horizon Services for his excellent service. Our central air was not putting out cold air this past Saturday. [redacted] arrived at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the component, and has us back up and running in less than a half hour. [redacted] provided courteous professional service. Horizon's [redacted] did an excellent job. He called from outside slightly early, wore protective covers on his boots, kept things clean. He had to lift the toilette which we had expected from other estimates. Even with that, the fee was reasonable when compared to other estimates. Thanks to reasonable fees, they were booked for a couple days, but we waited gladly. [redacted] fished out a chunk of roots as big as a 2 liter soda bottle. After that, I finished 4 loads of laundry without a problem. We'll probably rely on their camera inspection later (free of charge) to see if problem persists. If Horizon keeps up the good work, we'll see biggest fleet of their vans all over the state in several years.

My kitchen sink clogged over weekend and left me feeling angry and frustrated. I wasted money on wrenches, snake wire and gallons of Drano. Nothing seemed to work. I resorted to using bowls to manually remove water from my sink. I called Horizon Services this morning and they quickly scheduled a Drain Technician for a rescue mission. The perfect gentleman, [redacted], came and took care of business in a very courteous and professional manner. Now I'm happy and grateful to Horizon Services.
