[redacted] was very polite and courteous during his visit. He diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price that I felt was way too high. He remembered a special deal that he could offer to me for being a long time customer of Horizon. The special offer price was agreeable to me to install a new garbage disposal. Everything was done in a short amount of time. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend Horizon Services.

About Horizon plumbing services in NJ:

On 04/12/14 Horizon came out to my home to check out water leaking out of the siding of my hoe on the outside when I turned on the water. Horizon came out to my house, cut a hole in my sheetrock to get to the cable plumbing. A small PVC pipe attached to the rubber plumbing was found to be broken. The worker quickly replaced the small broken PVC piece. And glued it on. The cut sheetrock was put back and I was charged $800.00. The faucet outside was replaced with a faucet that only has an open and off position. I can no longer gradually open the faucet outside. Also the faucet has very little pressure unlike before.

For all this I was charged $800.00. Extreme pricing for such a simple job. I would not recommend Horizon to anyone else.

They charged us >$700 for a sump pump repair using a sump pump we already owned. In addition, they tried to upsell the "service contract." They also did not ensure the outside drain was operating properly as I found the outside pipe disconnected. We will not be using them again.

My experience with Horizon was wonderful. The technician was very personable and professional. He was very thorough and told me my options for upgrading my air conditioning and heater units. He didn't pressure me to buy on the spot. When I am financially ready to upgrade, Horizon will be who I call.

Horizon responded to our request for service on our ac unit immediately. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and the resolution. He offered advice and options for our HVAC unit without pressuring us in to anything.

The technician ([redacted]) arrived timely and performed the routine maintenance required. He was very professional and was able to answer all of our questions.
