[redacted] was great. He explained everything and cleaned up after himself. He is always polite and respectful.

Overall, the service is great, but I do think the prices are slightly high. we added on a new faucet and diverter for our downstairs bathroom and it was $1200. This seems excessive. I have spent well over $10,000 with Horizon in the past 18 months...I am hoping there is a VIP discount coming my way.

[redacted] pointed out a few problems that we had and remediated one immediately, and got us an appointment to fix the others. He was professional and cheerful, and we hope we get him every time!

I had Horizon Services perform annual maintenance on my AC system. The technician showed up on time, and was very professional through out the process. He explained everything that was done, and went over several options for other services, which I took advantage of. I felt the price for services performed was very reasonable.

Called Horizon Services on Saturday for a possible ceiling leak in basement.

Was given a prompt response/appt for Monday between 2-6PM.

Was contacted by dispatch that technician could arrive earlier on Monday.

Was greeted at door by 2 technicians, very respectful of home.

Determined problem and didn't even charge me!

Our technician was informative, polite and professional.

The technician arrived at our home in the time allotted and completed all work inside of that time frame as well. He went over all of our options without being pushy and explained the status of the system thoroughly.

I have never had a drain or plumbing problem in the past 15 years so I did not know who to call. While I was out running errands this afternoon, I stopped at a red light, and a Horizon truck was beside me. I quickly called the number on the truck and spoke with a very helpful young lady who took my request to have a technician come to my home today. I thought certain that they would schedule me for next week!!! I was surprised that someone would come so fast! I was pleased with the speed that Horizon arranged to have [redacted] come to my home. [redacted] came within a few hours of my call to Horizon. He was very polite and understood the problem and proceeded to work on my drain problem.

I called yesterday with a problem, I was serviced less than 24 hours later. [redacted] was incredibly professional, probably the most professional serviceman I've ever used. He was thorough, explained everything he was doing and offered me several options for repair. The repair and tune up was completed in less than one hour and with no mess in my house ;)

I can't say enough how very pleased I am with the professional service that I received with Horizon. My technician [redacted]. was great. He was actually able to come to the house earlier than the time that was scheduled. He had to do some plumbing work outside in the extreme heat. I felt so bad for him, but he never complained. While he was there he took it upon himself to fix a leek from the faucet outback. I would highly recommend to anyone to use the many services Horizon has to offer.
