Horizon responded to our request for service on our ac unit immediately. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and the resolution. He offered advice and options for our HVAC unit without pressuring us in to anything.

I can't say enough how very pleased I am with the professional service that I received with Horizon. My technician [redacted]. was great. He was actually able to come to the house earlier than the time that was scheduled. He had to do some plumbing work outside in the extreme heat. I felt so bad for him, but he never complained. While he was there he took it upon himself to fix a leek from the faucet outback. I would highly recommend to anyone to use the many services Horizon has to offer.

I called yesterday with a problem, I was serviced less than 24 hours later. [redacted] was incredibly professional, probably the most professional serviceman I've ever used. He was thorough, explained everything he was doing and offered me several options for repair. The repair and tune up was completed in less than one hour and with no mess in my house ;)

Review: I had a new heating system installed by Horizon Services in February 2015. In April when I went to run the central air I had issues with the thermostat. I have called and had at least 5 service people come out to take a look - the most recent today. Only to have the same issue (when it gets hot over 80 degrees) that my house heats up to over 80 degrees with 60%+ humidity. It's not my central air as the it works.Desired Settlement: I would like it fixed and think I deserve some type of credit. I have contact Horizon Services for over 2 months for the same issue and it still hasn't been corrected!

Assignment was annual PM on oil burner/boiler. Technician was extremely informative as I watched the process; he explained everything I asked about and offered comments on what he was doing (such as close up using camera in mobile phone). Work completed neatly with full written report on the test results.

Horizon Technician was great. He explained everything he was doing very clearly. He showed up exactly as requested and was quick and thorough.

I received excellent service and couldn't have asked for more. Jason was punctual and got the job done in a timely manner without hassle or mess. He was very informative on the cause of my HVAC issue and took the time to explain things in a way anyone could understand. I loved the fact that a technician was at my door only an hour after I called for the service. In my case, my furnace stopped working on a cold day so it made a huge difference that I was able to get it resolved quickly. And best of all, it came at a reasonable price. I would recommend this service to anyone, especially in an emergency situation.
