[redacted]. was very friendly and knowledgeable of everything he spoke about. He also let me know what he was doing through the whole service call and how long each portion would take. Very happy with him. Horizon was also very helpful in scheduling the appointment, getting the needed part, and fixing he heater in a very timely matter.

[redacted]. serviced our high efficiency gas furnace. Diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts the same night and came back promptly when the parts came in to install them .

Quick and painless prompt and friendly. [redacted] showed up diagnosed and fixed our heater quickly and signed us up for a very affordable service/preventive maintenance contract. Very pleased.

[redacted] was awesome he came out at 11:00pm at night and cleared my main sewer line. Even though it was late at night he still had a smile on his face.

[redacted] plumbing technician repaired bathroom drains and facets, and took care of a toilet with a faulty flush handle. Both jobs were bigger and more expensive than I originally anticipated, but the reasons for the upgrades were explained in detail and I was shown in each area what would be done. He gave me options with a financials explained so I made the choice. Didn't feel pressured or like it was just a sales pitch. Job done professionally, neatly, and his assistant [redacted] was also great. Would use Horizon again.

Both gentlemen were very professional and did a nice job. I was very satisfied with their work. They were on time and clean.

There was a leakage issue under the sink in my kitchen, since two year. The leakage was nominal and on occasionally basis. There were two visit of different technicians during this time but no benefit. Finally, I decided to call Horizan to get professional service.

The technician ( [redacted].) visited today to fix this leakage issue was very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem very easily and fixed it to my satisfaction with a qurantee for next 2 year.

I am expecting this leakage is fixed permanently and if not I do have a warranty of today's service. The price paid for today's service is considered to be on average.

I am completely satisfied with today's service.

Telephone call answered promptly. Professional, friendly informative about company. Technician arrived within 30 minutes of when I was called. Knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant. Explained what he did and what he found. Made some helpful suggestions about avoiding future problems.

[redacted] from Horizon came to my house, was respectful and very nice. He diagnosed my problem right away, even though it had more to do with the electric I had just had redone. I was so impressed, and grateful that he was able to pick up on the electric issue which was causing the problem with my HVAC.

[redacted] was very profesional, effiecient , and polite. [redacted] explained my plumbing problem and all the options that were available to correct my issues. [redacted] resolved my plumbing issues in a quick manner, he even went the extra mile by working quietly while our 18 month old child was napping in the adjacent bedroom. He worked quickly and cleaned up throughly after he completed the job.

By providing such excellent service I will be canceling my contract with WM Henderson (heating and Plumbing) I have signed a service contract and Horizon has gained a customer for life. !!!

We had an A/C tune up completed. [redacted] was the technician who completed the assessment and he met all our expectations and then some. He called to let me know he was on his way for the appointment, which was appreciated. After he completed the assessment he took the time to explain his findings and recommendations. He included various options we had moving forward, including rough cost estimates. He also took the time to answer all our questions and left his card if we required any additional information. All around great experience.

My positive experience started this am talking to the customer representative and then speaking to the scheduler and then meeting [redacted] the HVAC service technician from Horizon services. [redacted] swiftly diagnosed my air conditioning problem and is going to contact the company to see if I am still under warranty. I have a leak in my system and he fixed the problem short term so at least Ill be cool for now. He is going to continue to do research and get back to me tomorrow. I am very pleased with the service I received so far.
