I have nothing to say except good things about the serviceman [redacted]. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I will request him again for service again.

[redacted] was very profesional, effiecient , and polite. [redacted] explained my plumbing problem and all the options that were available to correct my issues. [redacted] resolved my plumbing issues in a quick manner, he even went the extra mile by working quietly while our 18 month old child was napping in the adjacent bedroom. He worked quickly and cleaned up throughly after he completed the job.

By providing such excellent service I will be canceling my contract with WM Henderson (heating and Plumbing) I have signed a service contract and Horizon has gained a customer for life. !!!

the service has been excellent from horizon on all occasions. the people they have sent out--[redacted] was the technician today---have all been patient and efficient. horizon has become my plumbing and hvac company of choice.

We recently had routein maintencne on our HVAC system. Services by our Horizon tech [redacted] was great and he was able to alert me to something I hadn't thought about as a new home owner-> the life span of a heat pump.

I felt very comfortable with the Service that Kevin E. provided. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. Not only did he come to fix the repair that I called for, but he also offered me other services that I could benefit from when he realized that I had oil heat. Thank you Kevin E. for excellent service.

We received excellent service from [redacted] at Horizon. He took the time to thoroughly explain our air conditioner problems and the basis for his recommendations. We recommend Horizon and [redacted] to other customers.

[redacted]. Did a very good job of resolving my problem, even though it required coming back over several days.

[redacted] plumbing technician repaired bathroom drains and facets, and took care of a toilet with a faulty flush handle. Both jobs were bigger and more expensive than I originally anticipated, but the reasons for the upgrades were explained in detail and I was shown in each area what would be done. He gave me options with a financials explained so I made the choice. Didn't feel pressured or like it was just a sales pitch. Job done professionally, neatly, and his assistant [redacted] was also great. Would use Horizon again.

[redacted] was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and I was very satisfied.

There was a leakage issue under the sink in my kitchen, since two year. The leakage was nominal and on occasionally basis. There were two visit of different technicians during this time but no benefit. Finally, I decided to call Horizan to get professional service.

The technician ( [redacted].) visited today to fix this leakage issue was very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem very easily and fixed it to my satisfaction with a qurantee for next 2 year.

I am expecting this leakage is fixed permanently and if not I do have a warranty of today's service. The price paid for today's service is considered to be on average.

I am completely satisfied with today's service.

[redacted] was awesome he came out at 11:00pm at night and cleared my main sewer line. Even though it was late at night he still had a smile on his face.

[redacted]. was very friendly and knowledgeable of everything he spoke about. He also let me know what he was doing through the whole service call and how long each portion would take. Very happy with him. Horizon was also very helpful in scheduling the appointment, getting the needed part, and fixing he heater in a very timely matter.

[redacted] was very professional and friendly. He explained what was wrong with my system and what he needed to do to repair it. He went the extra mile to work up an estimate for future repairs.

We had a good experience this morning with Horizon technician [redacted]. This was a scheduled maintenance call for servicing the A/C. Mr. [redacted] was punctual, courteous and certainly appeared competent. He did a thorough check of the involved parts of the system, both inside and outside. After his inspection, he presented his findings to me in a professional manner. I would be happy for him to return in the future for other heater-A/C maintenance.

The technician, [redacted], arrived on time, acknowledged himself and was very pleasant, informative and actually taught me a lot. I would definitely welcome Mr. [redacted] into my home for any needed future repairs. He is a true asset to the Horizon Team!

Would like to thank [redacted] for a great job and info given on the issue of installing my new hot water heater tank. [redacted] was very friendly and professional and gave information on the installation and the unit itself. It's great to deal with persons who are willing to be so helpful when issues arise with major appliances. There's always issues with them since they're not replaced every month or so (thank god!). Anyway, [redacted] was very helpful and friendly.

They where on time and very polite. He came in and introduced him self and got right to work. Fix problem quickly. Very good service.
