Had a wonderful experience with our technician [redacted]. He was honest and up front with the cost of our water heater. He gave us several choices and recommended what would be best for our home. Half way through the installation our technician ran into some plumbing problems...he took it upon himself to work through rather than upset us with the grim outlook. I am more than happy with the service provided I will be hiring Hirizon again.

We recently had routein maintencne on our HVAC system. Services by our Horizon tech [redacted] was great and he was able to alert me to something I hadn't thought about as a new home owner-> the life span of a heat pump.

I was very pleased with [redacted]'s work on my water heater. He diagnosed why it wasn't working right and fixed it . He was very professional and courteous.

Assignment was annual PM on oil burner/boiler. Technician was extremely informative as I watched the process; he explained everything I asked about and offered comments on what he was doing (such as close up using camera in mobile phone). Work completed neatly with full written report on the test results.

Keith was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and very pleasent to work with. Horizon was right on point. I didn't have to wait long at all. Thank You.

We had our annual service for our heating unit. Steve, our technician, was on time, friendly and professional. He walked through the report when he was finished and made me feel comfortable with decisions I was making.

I received excellent service and couldn't have asked for more. Jason was punctual and got the job done in a timely manner without hassle or mess. He was very informative on the cause of my HVAC issue and took the time to explain things in a way anyone could understand. I loved the fact that a technician was at my door only an hour after I called for the service. In my case, my furnace stopped working on a cold day so it made a huge difference that I was able to get it resolved quickly. And best of all, it came at a reasonable price. I would recommend this service to anyone, especially in an emergency situation.

Horizon Technician was great. He explained everything he was doing very clearly. He showed up exactly as requested and was quick and thorough.

I felt the customer service rep did a good job. He was both professional and friendly. The work performed was completed without any issues and my furnace is once again working as it should. My only concern has to do with the overall cost. Shortly after the work was done I was talking to a neighbor. He had recently experienced the same problem. Not too surprising since we live in identical townhouses. However, the person he got to do the job only charged him $200, whereas Horizon charged me over $1100.

Horizon provided timely service, excellent performance and well trained technicians. We are definitely keeping them as our "go to" place of service for our heating/AC needs

I am very satisfied with the service. Roscoe did outstanding work clearing our kitchen drain.

Outstanding, fast service. They called and were able to get to my home earlier than the appointment time and completed the work very fast. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to me. I felt like a person and not just another service call.
