[redacted] was very informative and Professional when he came to check out our furnace.

They had someone at my house within two hours of my non-emergency call. My technician was so nice and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly. Unfortunately, we need a new furnace, but he helped me make an appointment for an estimate for a new one before he left. Even with that, he didn't assume that we would get it from Horizon or put on any pressure to go with Horizon by badmouthing other vendors.

My water heater exploded 3 days before Christmas. Not only was [redacted] here within the hour, he had it fixed before I could even be annoyed it was broken! He didn't even complain when my dog assaulted him with aggressive kisses.

Would like to thank [redacted] for a great job and info given on the issue of installing my new hot water heater tank. [redacted] was very friendly and professional and gave information on the installation and the unit itself. It's great to deal with persons who are willing to be so helpful when issues arise with major appliances. There's always issues with them since they're not replaced every month or so (thank god!). Anyway, [redacted] was very helpful and friendly.

Horizon Services just performed another annual maintenance service on our heater, and as always, the technician was professional, on time, and helpful. He recommended several options for system improvement and took the time to discuss each one to help me pick the best for me.

It would be a 10 if Horizon didn't want to charge me $650 to replace a less than $100 builder grade sump pump (which I declined). But again, [redacted] provided excellent service, and I have nothing but good to say about his work.

We had a good experience this morning with Horizon technician [redacted]. This was a scheduled maintenance call for servicing the A/C. Mr. [redacted] was punctual, courteous and certainly appeared competent. He did a thorough check of the involved parts of the system, both inside and outside. After his inspection, he presented his findings to me in a professional manner. I would be happy for him to return in the future for other heater-A/C maintenance.

We have been using Horizon Services for over three years and have been happy with their service. Today, [redacted] arrived within the agreed time frame and performed his inspection of our AC Unit.

He was thorough and very informational- I learned a lot about my unit and also about the air flow in my house from him. He showed me everything he was talking about and explained how it worked and also what was wrong with different parts. He remedied my air filter mistakes and counseled me about the lifespan of our aged unit.

I recommend you give Horizon a try!

The service that Horizon gives is second to none. From the very beginning to the end the technicians made me feel comfortable in explaining all the details and were very patient with any questions I had. I actually had to work while they installed the new unit and when I returned my home was in perfect condition. Horizon Services is a pillar in our community.
