I have had the pleasure of working with Horizon Services two times in the past year. Both occasions were for preventive maintenance. On both occasions, the technicians offered helpful, valuable advice. Although, they recommended services above the scope of the maintenance inspection, I didn't feel pressured to comply with the recommendations. On the most recent visit, the HVAC technician Jason disclosed that he accidentally broke my thermostat. He promptly replaced the thermostat (free of charge) with a programmable thermostat and instructed me on the use. I trust Horizon exclusively for my home maintenance. Thank you.

My water heater exploded 3 days before Christmas. Not only was [redacted] here within the hour, he had it fixed before I could even be annoyed it was broken! He didn't even complain when my dog assaulted him with aggressive kisses.

Horizon provided timely service, excellent performance and well trained technicians. We are definitely keeping them as our "go to" place of service for our heating/AC needs

[redacted] provided excellent service. I would rate the overall experience an 8. It would be a 10 if Horizon didn't want to charge me $650 to replace a less than $100 builder grade sump pump (which I declined). But again, [redacted] provided excellent service, and I have nothing but good to say about his work.

Just a short story about Horizon. My dad called them for a/c service. He was told $89.95 for the service. My father asked if that was the total they would charge & was told "yes, that would be all". Well, that wasn't all. When the work was done, we had a bill for $258.58...a far cry from $89.95! I know that issues come up during inspections but, when we called to set up the appt., this should have been explained on the phone to my father. He was a bit upset & angry about all of this. I just want people who may read this to be aware. Thank you

Today my gas heater was serviced by [redacted]. of Horizon Services. This is the second year in a row that [redacted] was assigned to provide the maintenance work on my heater. He is extremely professional and courteous. He placed those throw away "booties" on his feet, which I very much appreciated because it was a rainy day. His name was clearly visible on his uniform. He did the check on my heater, and then reviewed his findings with me. He wrote down the costs of the suggested work, so there would be no misunderstanding. Horizon should feel proud to have such a professional techinician working for the company.

[redacted]. arrived within the time frame I was given. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He snaked my sewer line and unclogged the line within a matter of minutes. I am very pleased with the service and the cost of service.

Our technician was very professional. He explained what he was doing. I felt he was knowledgeable, honest and was not pushy.

I thought the technician was very thorough in every part of the maintenance process.

He explained to me everything that was done, and things that were needed. My questions were always explained so that I understood his response. Additionally, he was very polite and professional. I was very pleased with this technician and the maintenance that was done. As always, I am very pleased with Horizon's services.

He was very polite and respectful. He serviced our systems explained everything that he did and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend [redacted]

The Horizon Services technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I had my heater serviced for the season and he was meticulous and thorough inspecting and servicing my heater. I will call them again.

The folks at Horizon are always very helpful. They arrive when scheduled and answer any questions I have.

[redacted] was here on time, and performed the service we asked for. He informed us of a few problems that he found during his inspection. He also old us different ways we could use to correct these problems.

Excellent job overall. Confirmation call included valuable advice to call the township in advance to have the water shut off, saving time on the overall outage. The technician arrived completely prepared. Examined the problem: Failed original-construction whole-house shutoff valves dating from 1968. Explained the work to be done to correct the problem and explained the pricing for the work. Completed the work quickly and completely, and included thorough testing to check for remaining issues. [redacted], the HVAC Technician did a FANTASTIC job! He came right out the same morning my wife called Horizon, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our HVAC unit. He then clearly explained all the repair options and pricing.

After repairing the unit and performing a tuneup, [redacted] explained again what he did and also explained all the charges. It was a pleasure to receive such prompt, effective, professional, and FRIENDLY service nowadays. I highly recommend [redacted] Dimino and Horizon Services for all your HVAC needs!

I had a toilet fixed in one of my bathrooms. The technician, [redacted] was courteous and explained in detail my various options. The work was thoroughly done and cleanup was acceptable. I would recommend this technician .
