Excellent service on the phone and with the arrival of the Technician. Quick, efficiant and professional job.

They had someone at my house within two hours of my non-emergency call. My technician was so nice and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly. Unfortunately, we need a new furnace, but he helped me make an appointment for an estimate for a new one before he left. Even with that, he didn't assume that we would get it from Horizon or put on any pressure to go with Horizon by badmouthing other vendors.

They were able to take care of our issue on Sunday immediately following their first visit, saving us from additional inconvenience. Their prices are high, but you get get what you pay for.
