Mr. [redacted] from Horizon Services is very knowledgeable and professional. He did an AC tune up in my house on 9 July 2015. Took the time to explain me in details about the tune up.

I had a toilet fixed in one of my bathrooms. The technician, [redacted] was courteous and explained in detail my various options. The work was thoroughly done and cleanup was acceptable. I would recommend this technician .

[redacted], the HVAC Technician did a FANTASTIC job! He came right out the same morning my wife called Horizon, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our HVAC unit. He then clearly explained all the repair options and pricing.

Today my gas heater was serviced by [redacted]. of Horizon Services. This is the second year in a row that [redacted] was assigned to provide the maintenance work on my heater. He is extremely professional and courteous. He placed those throw away "booties" on his feet, which I very much appreciated because it was a rainy day. His name was clearly visible on his uniform. He did the check on my heater, and then reviewed his findings with me. He wrote down the costs of the suggested work, so there would be no misunderstanding. Horizon should feel proud to have such a professional techinician working for the company.

Excellent job overall. Confirmation call included valuable advice to call the township in advance to have the water shut off, saving time on the overall outage. The technician arrived completely prepared. Examined the problem: Failed original-construction whole-house shutoff valves dating from 1968. Explained the work to be done to correct the problem and explained the pricing for the work. Completed the work quickly and completely, and included thorough testing to check for remaining issues. Top-Level Professional Service.

The Horizon Services technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I had my heater serviced for the season and he was meticulous and thorough inspecting and servicing my heater. I will call them again.

Just a short story about Horizon. My dad called them for a/c service. He was told $89.95 for the service. My father asked if that was the total they would charge & was told "yes, that would be all". Well, that wasn't all. When the work was done, we had a bill for $258.58...a far cry from $89.95! I know that issues come up during inspections but, when we called to set up the appt., this should have been explained on the phone to my father. He was a bit upset & angry about all of this. I just want people who may read this to be aware. Thank you
