I have had the pleasure of working with Horizon Services two times in the past year. Both occasions were for preventive maintenance. On both occasions, the technicians offered helpful, valuable advice. Although, they recommended services above the scope of the maintenance inspection, I didn't feel pressured to comply with the recommendations. On the most recent visit, the HVAC technician Jason disclosed that he accidentally broke my thermostat. He promptly replaced the thermostat (free of charge) with a programmable thermostat and instructed me on the use. I trust Horizon exclusively for my home maintenance. Thank you.

I would recommend horizon. They were on time...professional....and curteous. They were very knowledgable and clean!

[redacted] was very helpful and explained what had to be done both for the faucets and the very old vintage toilet that we have. He was helped by [redacted] and they called to let me know they were on the way and when they would arrive.

After I decided to have the work done, it was done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. I really appreciate knowing when a workman will arrive and then that he knows how to fix the issue we are having. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Thank you.

[redacted] was very professional. He explained why he was checking certain parameters and also explained that if certain parts were not replaced it could cause future damage. All questions were answered in a very professional manner. There was absolutely no mess / damage after he was completed the maintenance check of my heater unit. The prices were a little high but knowing that the unit would be operating at peak performance was worth it.

[redacted] is a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician. He took the time to explain everything in a very detailed manner and asked several times if there were any questions.

[redacted] did a great job as always. He was here on time, courteous, clean and knowledgeable. He found the problem and was able to resolve it in a short period of time. Always a pleasure to do business with him.

[redacted] with Horizon did a very good job diagnosing a minor problem with our heating system. He was thorough and explained things well to me. I would not hesitate to use Horizon again.

[redacted]. was a great service technician to have from Horizon. His professional demeanor and knowledge allowed him to quickly determine what the issue was in my home. I am so thankful he solved my drain issues and I can get back to "normal" in my home.

[redacted] was friendly, polite and did the work in good time. It did, however, take 3 visits to get the job completed due to an incorrect size part that was sent out for the second visit causing that visit to be rescheduled. This was a bit frustrating.

The service was terrific and the two fellas that did the work were very competent and also friendly.

[redacted] and his partner [redacted] arrived to my home in line within the stated time frame to look at my water heater. Kevin sat down with me to explain my options and even provided additional information about the current configuration of my water heater that could pose some problems down the line. I liked his straight forward style. Both gentlemen were pleasant to talk to. My cat even like them. I feel comfortable now that in the future when I have plumbing problems, I now can reach out to Kevin at Horizon and feel comfortable that I'm not getting jerked around.

Horizon technician [redacted]. was very polite and efficient. He explained what was wrong with our water heater and provided options. He went out of his way to fix the problem the same day.

The Technician was very good at what he did to repair the damage to our pipes. He was very professional and when I asked a question, he was very knowledgeable in the answers he gave. He called before he came out to the house so that I could stay at work as long as possible. He even had to crawl up into our attic to fix the air flow pipe. He did a great job. The job was a little costly I thought for the work that was done, however I know that the job was done to my satisfaction and should last for a long time.
