We greatly appreciated the help and would recommend the services.

Technician was prompt and courteous, and took the time to explain to me in detail what he found wrong with our system. I thought the "sales" pitch after the diagnosis was a bit too aggressive, but I suspect that is exactly what the technicians are trained to do by Horizon.

The recommended parts and related services, however, were almost 50% higher than comparable quotes we have subsequently received, so the Horizon "tune up" service is likely a loss leader for them which gets made up by the "after-sale".

[redacted] was very helpful and explained what had to be done both for the faucets and the very old vintage toilet that we have. He was helped by [redacted] and they called to let me know they were on the way and when they would arrive.

After I decided to have the work done, it was done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. I really appreciate knowing when a workman will arrive and then that he knows how to fix the issue we are having. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Thank you.

I'm a 10+year customer with Horizon and have been pleased with there service. James has serviced my heater prior appointments and has always been very pleasant, always placing on foot covers, and cleans after himself. I feel confident that my heater and A/C is serviced properly when James has serviced my systems.

I feel comfortable now that in the future when I have plumbing problems, I now can reach out to Kevin at Horizon and feel comfortable that I'm not getting jerked around.

He was thorough in his explanation of areas for improvement with the plumbing equipment and explained tips on how to make it operate more effectively. He covered the pricing before the job commenced. On September 19, 2015 [redacted] came to do maintenance work on our air conditioner and heater. He arrived early and went right to work. He answered all my concerns and was very professional. He finished in a timely manner, had all the paperwork ready and I feel he did a wonderful job checking every area of the heater and A/C. I feel very safe now knowing Jason did a complete job.

The service was terrific and the two fellas that did the work were very competent and also friendly.

The Technician was very good at what he did to repair the damage to our pipes. He was very professional and when I asked a question, he was very knowledgeable in the answers he gave. He called before he came out to the house so that I could stay at work as long as possible. He even had to crawl up into our attic to fix the air flow pipe. He did a great job. The job was a little costly I thought for the work that was done, however I know that the job was done to my satisfaction and should last for a long time.

Good service. Their technician [redacted] was very courteous and skilled. He explained what the problem with our heater unit could be in simple terms for us to understand. I would definitely use their services again should I need to.

[redacted] was friendly, polite and did the work in good time. It did, however, take 3 visits to get the job completed due to an incorrect size part that was sent out for the second visit causing that visit to be rescheduled. This was a bit frustrating.
