He also gave details on our current AC and furnace set up so we knew exactly how old it is and how efficient. I have used Horizon for both HVAC and plumbing and have been satisfied each time. My yearly tune up went perfect. The technician arrived on time, was neat, courteous and made very little noise while working.

Got same day service as my call. Technician actually was able to get to my condo before my allotted range of time. Everything went very well. All services I requested were done ... Everything was fully explained prior to the work being done.

[redacted] also arranged the installation of my new garbage disposer so the Bio-Charge container was easily accessible unlike my previous garbage disposal where the Bio-Charge container was located in the back rear making accessibility challenging, even for [redacted] who tried valiantly to get the Bio-Charge container in the old unit to click in to place.

The Horizon Technician [redacted]. arrived on time , was extremely courteous and professional. He explained the problem, the work he was going to perform, and the price very clearly. I was very happy with the service.

I have been very impressed with Horizon Services. I called this morning and a technician came out this afternoon. [redacted] was very thorough, courteous and timely.

We have used Horizon Services for 15 years and have always been pleased with the quality of work, ease of doing business with this customer centered company and the fair prices they charge. No matter whether we needed a drain cleared or a heating/cooling system replaced, Horizon has exceeded my expectations every time.

I always get great service from Horizon. A+++

Contacted us when tech ([redacted].) was on the way so we would be ready. [redacted] then called when he arrived at the house to find which entrance to use. He then explained every thing he did and why. He also made recommendations concerning safety (CO detector) and future needs of the elderly system (bad electrodes, possible need to replace before it fails.) He was personable and cleaned up the boiler when he was done.

Horizon did a great job today. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. They provided information and gave options as to how to proceed, instead of just looking for what was best for them. Job well done.
