[redacted]. was fantastic! I called Horizon at 9:30 am and they were at my door by 10:15. [redacted] installed a new water heater, piping, ventilated the utility room, etc. he did this with a wonderful disposition, he was knowledgeable and fast! I could not be happier with his services.

We have used Horizon for our heater and air conditioning unit. Their service for install and aftercare has been top notch. Dealing with their Customer Service has been a pleasure as well. Each Horizon representative we have dealt with has been professional, polite and extremely helpful. Because we've had such a great experience with them, we called them immediately when we needed a new water heater. We trust Horizon Services.

The Horizon Technician [redacted]. arrived on time , was extremely courteous and professional. He explained the problem, the work he was going to perform, and the price very clearly. I was very happy with the service.

[redacted] and [redacted] were very professional an thorough for my HVAC yearly tune-up today. Very impressed with the way they worked and explained what they were doing

[redacted] did a good job. He and his helper [redacted] arrived on time, respected my home by wearing booties, and left the work area clean. [redacted] also arranged the installation of my new garbage disposer so the Bio-Charge container was easily accessible unlike my previous garbage disposal where the Bio-Charge container was located in the back rear making accessibility challenging, even for [redacted] who tried valiantly to get the Bio-Charge container in the old unit to click in to place.

[redacted]. did a great job for us. We needed our AC system serviced for the upcoming summer season. [redacted] did the maintenance promptly and professionally, recommended some minor fixes, but also clearly explained our options for the eventual replacement of our system (it is getting up in age).

Overall it was a great experience, which is what we have come to expect from Horizon.
