Horizon was extremely responsive to problems with my mother's heating system. No questions asked, they promptly addressed the issues, even to the point of providing a replacement and follow up service at no charge. [redacted] was great.

Horizon's technician [redacted]. replaced our water heater and fixed two faucets today. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and hardworking. I am very satisfied. I recommend [redacted]. and Horizon Services.

[redacted] did such a fine job for us. Our laundry room makeover required changes in water supply and discharge lines and we needed a new laundry tub too. No problem for the fine techs from Horizon! A professional and thoughtful approach to the situation with much care and concern for our possessions. They protected our floors and our new washer and dryer with drapes and they wore booties over their shoes. They didn't leave any debris behind and made sure everything worked fine before they left. We will definitely call Horizon again for our future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

[redacted] explained the process, thoroughly inspected the furnace, found what was keeping the system from running, recommended future correction and helped me realistically consider assessing system review for efficiency and comfort. He was quick, respectful, good sense of humor and very observant and careful of diagnostic details. I highly recommend him.

Had defrost board replaced, however the tech. did not insure the unit was defrosted before he left. Called Horizon to inform them my outside unit was completely incased with ice. They sent a new tech out the same day. He defrosted the unit and changed the setting of the defrost board to prevent this from happing again.

Great experience. My Technician [redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and finished the work in the estimated time. He was able to fully explain everything that needed to be done. I always dread having to deal with home maintenance issues and this was surprisingly a pleasant and easy experience. I loved that they could come at a time that worked for me and they were ready to do all the work then, no need to come back another time. Highly recommend.

This was our 3rd time using Horizon Services. They are consistently on time with when they say they will show up. Their technicians have all been polite. They have kept our house and the work area clean, and they have been up front with pricing and recommended services.

Very happy with the service. Switched to Horizon a few years ago and have been extremely satisfied. My technician today, [redacted]., was punctual, courteous, helpful and efficient. He even took the time to provide information that would assist in purchasing a new system several years down the road without any pressure to purchase.

The Horizon tech, [redacted], did a pretty thorough evaluation and cleaning of our top of the line, high-tech, Trane AC and heating system. He adjusted gas line pressure in the heater. He suggested two repairs that he thought should be done, but overall found the system in good working order. He was a very agreeable chap who clearly knew about the equipment he was servicing.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and customer servcie oriented.

Our furnace was stopped working on a Saturday. When the company we have used in the past for service did not call us back after we left them two messages, we decided to give Horizon a call. Antonio came within in a few hours and had things running again in no time! He was thorough in explaining the issues and he even discovered the last service technician from another company had set our furnace to burn too rich, so we were burning more oil than we needed to. Antonio was courteous and professional and we will be calling Horizon for our regular furnace maintenance and cleaning or for any other issues that may creep up.

I found the technician [redacted] to be punctual, informative and easy to talk to . Also, everytime he entered the house he covered his shoes. I thought that was very respectful of my home. He was a very nice guy.

[redacted] was businesslike and efficient. He reviewed the problem and gave an estimate as to time and money which were both as promised. He noted another issue which could be dealt with later and gave me quick estimates on a few other things that I requested. There was no pressure to repair things that I didn't want to address yet but his explanations were appreciated. This is my second experience with Horizon and I have been completely satisfied with both!

[redacted] was very friendly and professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done to my air conditioner so that I could understand.

We recently moved and when considering who to use for our AC tune up I immediately told my husband how happy I had been with Horizon at our old house. Once again I was not disappointed with [redacted] and the service Horizon offers. He was honest (told me our system was 11 years old and they generally last 10 to 12 years, not news I wanted to hear but I would rather know now).
