The technicians [redacted] were very professional, they explained everything so I could understand it. They also went over all the possible options for the water heater replacement which gave me an understanding of what I really needed. [redacted] did a wonderful job and the area looks better than when they started.

This was our 3rd time using Horizon Services. They are consistently on time with when they say they will show up. Their technicians have all been polite. They have kept our house and the work area clean, and they have been up front with pricing and recommended services.

My husband and I have used Horizon for plumbing and heating. Most recently, Horizon installed a new heater and a new hot water heater on 5/1/2014. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done. All of the men are extremely polite and friendly. Their knowledge on plumbing and heating has exceeded our expectations. Horizon is well worth the money because of their professionalism and expertise. The job is always done in a timely manner.

Had a problem with my outside faucet. [redacted] arrived promptly and professionally dressed. He analyzed my problem and offered a very reasonable solution. He was very quick and did a great job. I will definitely ask for him if I have any other plumbing issues.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and customer servcie oriented.

The Horizon tech, [redacted], did a pretty thorough evaluation and cleaning of our top of the line, high-tech, Trane AC and heating system. He adjusted gas line pressure in the heater. He suggested two repairs that he thought should be done, but overall found the system in good working order. He was a very agreeable chap who clearly knew about the equipment he was servicing.
