My technician, [redacted]. From Horizon Setvices was very polite and professional from the time he came in the door until the time he left. I had a clogged kitchen drain. He worked hard to unclog it. Then afterwards he spent time testing it, to be sure it was fixed. Because of his service, I would use Horizon Services again. [redacted] was terrific!

This is this second time [redacted] has been to my house. The last time was three years ago so it is good to see that Horizon is able to retain employees. He quickly and efficiently cleared my sewer line of the tree roots and provided a suggested recheck schedule to keep problems to a minimum.
