[redacted] was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick on troubleshooting and fixed the problem.

I found the technician [redacted] to be punctual, informative and easy to talk to . Also, everytime he entered the house he covered his shoes. I thought that was very respectful of my home. He was a very nice guy.

[redacted] was very polite and informative! He did a great job on fixing my shower faucet. I will definitely being referring this company.

Review: Round two with this company. Back in February I had the company service my HVAC. The tech advised the the blower wheel needed to be replaced. But of course their package deal would be the cheaper way to go. Motor, solenoid and blower wheel $1200 vs $800 for the wheel alone. So the part was never ordered. After raising it to

A manager the part was available in two days. I called their office on July 2 because I heard a hum, after review the motor replaced five months ago was bad. Of course, I shut the unit down. When the tech came out on 7/3, [redacted] turned the unit back on and it worked. However minutes later the motor showed it's true colors, seizing up and omitting an odor. I told the same tech in February to leave me my original motor since it was not broken. Thank God!! It has been a full week, no calls no information regarding the status of the parts and record heat this week. So since he placed my old motor back on, we didn't have to suffer. I wanted to see what was the matter, after my call to their office on the morning of July 10th, and a two minute hold w [redacted] the part isn't in. Why is it that I believe the part wasn't ordered again. Once...maybe; twice same Issue and same part. Horrible service and no additional calls today. On 7/11 we were traveling on vacation and I receive a call that part is in. I arranged to get home on 7/14 so that [redacted] can replace the parts. In each case, when a call was placed a part was ordered. The first time it was blamed on the tech, but the second time there was no explanation. The matter has been resolved, but it warrants a complaint regarding the consistent service issues. I spoke with the tech today, who advised me that with the contract that I purchased in February; our service department would contact you to schedule your maintenance. I advised that there is still no call.Desired Settlement: To back the products and services as mentioned during their sales pitch, and to ensure that their techs or service teams have the resources for follow up and part orders. If I could do this again; I would choose another service provider. Service based on cost and service levels are greatly skewed.

Here at Horizon Services, we are extremely dedicated to working with our customer to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. Our Customer Relations Manager has called this customer multiple times throughout this month. She has left messages and has even mailed a physical letter to the home of the customer. At this time we have not received any return phone calls and will attempt to contact the customer again.

[redacted] was polite and friendly, and arrived within the timeframe given and worked quickly. He spoke to my landlord to make arrangements with how to proceed after his initial inspection, and kept me informed. I was very pleased overall with the service.

[redacted] arrived very early in the 4 hour window. He introduced himself and his partner, [redacted]. After I explained the problem, we discussed repair options, then settled on a plan. [redacted] and [redacted] repaired my outside faucet very quickly. They were professional, friendly, technically proficient, and exude confidence in their repairs. They both represent Horizon Services in an outstanding manner.

Horizon was extremely helpful with our issue. We had an emergency on a Sunday, in which our sub pump was having a major issue. [redacted], the Horizon worker, was here ten minutes after we called. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The convenience they provided was at the top of the charts.

Kenneth H couldn't be a better representative of Horizon Services. On time, thorough, a great communicator. If I were making a commercial for Horizon he'd be the guy I would use. Good hearted guy who enjoys his job AND happens to be very good at it!

The Horizon technician, [redacted], was prompt after scheduling allowed for an earlier appointment. He was quick to give us the potential bad news as well as other options before beginning the work. He found a non-damaging option to clear our drain, which he did successfully. He found we may have additional problems clearing our drain in the future needing repairs, offering services without being pushy. He was also VERY accomidating with my wife, who was recovering from surgery during his visit. He also did not make my wife feel uncomfortable while in the house alone wihg him, and assured that he did not leave the house doors or yard gate open. He was a pleasure to have in our home.

This company is unbelievable. We had a clogged toilet about a year ago that they cleared for us for I think $70, which I thought was reasonable. At that time, I asked my wife to ask them how much it would cost to replace the toilet at some future point in time since I knew the toilet was old and wasted water. She said that the service tech told her $100 at that time. She also said that the service tech also suggested that we might want to purchase the toilet ourselves from a retailer like Home Depot as Horizon charged way too much for the toilet.

Fast forward maybe a year. We purchased a American Standard toilet from Home Depot for about $150 and my wife called to make the appointment for them to install it.

Imagine my shock and anger when I got home from work and found that they charged my wife $613 to perform the work. I was livid. I can't believe they had the nerve to charge that amount of money for a simple job that takes no more than 1 hour to perform. And get this, $613 was the "discounted" price. They were originally going to charge her $680.50 but it was "discounted" $67.50 of she succumbed to the pressure "discount" of filling out a Revdex.com positive review. I couldn't #$@& believe the amount charged when I got home. This is outrageous. I am on the panel of our local Home Owners association and I plan on letting all of my neighbors know just how bad this company is.

Oh, I should mention that $332 of that $613 was to replace the toilet and the other $299 was to replace a faulty shut off valve. Now, in case anyone reading this doesn't really comprehend what that means, the shut off valve is a $6 item at any Home Center and it takes no more than 5-10 mins (at most) to replace. I done MANY over the course of my lifetime, so I know this to be true. The ONLY reason I didn't do this toilet replacement myself was because I work 12-15hrs a day and drive 1.5 hrs to work each way.

A word to the wise, if you need a toilet replaced and can't (or don't have the time to do so yourself) then have Home Depot or Lowes do it. They only charge $110 and at least you have a large company that will stand behind the work being done and not gouge you in the process.

We should be refunded $500 and only charged the $100 as originally was stated.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Called Horizon Services for a repair call. Specifically told the girl that answered the phone AND the scheduler that the ignitor was bad. Both girls said that the technician would have a well stocked truck but never mentioned that the part that is $25 retail was going to be marked up to $350!!! So the technician showed up and in the two minutes he spent in my house, he diagnosed the problem, and you guessed it, the ignitor was bad and he wanted $400 to fix it. I know for a fact that the part can be purchased for $25 because I just did so. We ended up having to pay the technician $85 to come out to diagnose what we already knew and told them on the phone.

My recommendation is if you need someone to do repairs, contact a small local company where you can speak directly with the owner or the technician and they can inform you up front what kind of costs you are looking at.

I wish that I didn't have to give this company 1 star but unfortunately there was no choice to give zero!!!

Horizon HVAC Services sent a technician to assess my air conditioning unit, which he said that he could repair. He spent time working on it, but after he did the work, a leak in the coil was discovered. He claimed that the unit was not repairable, but insisted that I pay them $926.00. They sent a salesman out the next day for me to purchase a new unit at nothing less than $15,000.00 That didn't happen. Then I called them and tried to work with the customer service representative, [redacted]. She said that if I were willing that they could get another coil from their warehouse and replace it. Then another time I talked to her, there was no coil in the warehouse, they would have to order it. Weeks went by and I called again. Another Customer service representative said that my order was sent back. I insisted on a refund. [redacted], the customer service representative would not talk to me. I tried to call several times, but she would not return my calls. I spoke to a [redacted], customer service manager, and he just tried to argue me in circles and insisted that his company did nothing wrong. He would not refund my money. Horizon left me with a non-working unit and took my money.

I needed to have maintenance performed on my oil furnace so I called Horizon Services because they had serviced it the last time I had a problem. Since it is the middle of the winter, I thought it would take days to get an appointment. To my surprise, they had a technician, [redacted], at my house in about 1 hr. [redacted] worked diligently and completed the tune up. Since my system is older, [redacted] had a few unexpected issues to deal with. He reached out and another tech, John, also came to help. They worked as a team and finished up quickly. No extra charge. I will be calling them again for the air conditioner this summer.
