Excellent, quick service

I needed to have maintenance performed on my oil furnace so I called Horizon Services because they had serviced it the last time I had a problem. Since it is the middle of the winter, I thought it would take days to get an appointment. To my surprise, they had a technician, [redacted], at my house in about 1 hr. [redacted] worked diligently and completed the tune up. Since my system is older, [redacted] had a few unexpected issues to deal with. He reached out and another tech, John, also came to help. They worked as a team and finished up quickly. No extra charge. I will be calling them again for the air conditioner this summer.

[redacted] was a great HVAC Service Technician . He was very courteous and polite and the work he did was excellent ! I will be using horizon services again thank you very much !

My heater was not working and [redacted]. arrived at my house withing the hour after calling Horizon. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable of the system. He offered a choice between replacement parts; of which I needed three, or to replace the entire heater. Since the unit was 19 years old I opted for the replacement. It was a pleasure working with him. The following morning Carlos and Jim came to install my new heater. They worked diligently on the installation to fit it in my small closet in my condo. They both made the experience of the day much warmer; though it was 40 degrees in my home. This past August Horizon installed a new A/C. Those employees are experts and do everything they promise on their commercials.

I called HoriOn late due to a leakage problem in my basement. They sent a tech within 2 hours. [redacted] was timely, Courteous and took his time explaining everything to me. I would use their services again.

[redacted] is an excellent technician. While doing the work at my home he took the time to explain everything he was doing and kept me informed of his progress. I would love for him to do work in my home anytime.

[redacted] at Horizon was great taking care of my conditioner. Very professional and easy to talk to.

[redacted] arrived very early in the 4 hour window. He introduced himself and his partner, [redacted]. After I explained the problem, we discussed repair options, then settled on a plan. [redacted] and [redacted] repaired my outside faucet very quickly. They were professional, friendly, technically proficient, and exude confidence in their repairs. They both represent Horizon Services in an outstanding manner.

Horizon was extremely helpful with our issue. We had an emergency on a Sunday, in which our sub pump was having a major issue. [redacted], the Horizon worker, was here ten minutes after we called. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The convenience they provided was at the top of the charts.

Horizon was quick to make an appointment for us when our AC broke. [redacted] was very friendly and showed up within the window provided. The issue was quickly resolved and the price even ended up being a bit less than he initially quoted (which was refreshing because he easily could have charged us the originally quoted price)

[redacted]. was very knowledgeable and accomplished the necessary fix quickly and explained the problem to me.

The gentlemen who arrived were on time, thoughtful, polite and solved our issue in just a couple of minutes.
