Second time using Horizon. Very clean and thorough work, but prices are very high. When you say "no" and suddenly the job costs $1500 less, that is overcharging. If money is no object and it has to get done right, I guess it's a decent choice.

Was serviced by [redacted] today. Excellent technician, fast, courteous, and most important, got the job done perfectly.

I was very pleased with the technician and with Horizon overall.

The Horizon technician was very courteous and informative. I had an issue because my first appointment had to be canceled because the technician was running late. Horizon refunded my money and is still going to honorthe follow up inspection they offer. I will definitely use them for any repair needs I might have.

With some other companies you may feel leery of letting them in your home, no problems with Horizon, they are always professional. They will also let you know when they are on the way to your home.

My heater was not working and [redacted]. arrived at my house withing the hour after calling Horizon. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable of the system. He offered a choice between replacement parts; of which I needed three, or to replace the entire heater. Since the unit was 19 years old I opted for the replacement. It was a pleasure working with him. The following morning Carlos and Jim came to install my new heater. They worked diligently on the installation to fit it in my small closet in my condo. They both made the experience of the day much warmer; though it was 40 degrees in my home. This past August Horizon installed a new A/C. Those employees are experts and do everything they promise on their commercials.
