Very nice, polite young man named [redacted] Good salesman, too, but I am just too poor.

[redacted] was on time. installed the part which had been ordered by another tech. Heater is fine now.[redacted] very good at his job

We had a slow leak coming from a line in our heater. We called for service on a Monday and we able to get an appointment first thing in the morning the day after the New Year holiday. The HVAC service tech ([redacted].) was quick, courteous and helpful when explaining what he repaired and making recommendations for future repairs. I would defintely recommend Horizon to someone in the future.

[redacted] was on time, made sure when he went in and out of the house he put on shoe covers, he was attentive, explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions.

Once again, I am pleased with Horizon's service. They sent a technician the same day we called and arrived within the designated timeframe. Kenneth H. was courteous and prompt. Most importantly, he fixed our toilet and cleaned up the area afterwards. Will definitely use Horizon again.

Horizon Services provided the fastest and most professional services I have ever experienced. I called for service on a Friday, an assessment and options were provided by a technician the next day, a sales representative met with me on Sunday, and a new HVAC system was completely installed the next day. Not only were all Horizon's representatives professional, they were very pleasant. I will always recommend Horizon!

[redacted] came to our home yesterday with thinking his job was going to be easy at our house, he observed the situation and realized it was bigger than he thought. He dealt with the situation so professional and extremely well mannered he made me feel very comfortable with our decision and easy. Anthony is amazing at his job and highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!

We had an airconditioning problem and called Horizon Services at 8 AM on a Sunday morning. They promised to send a technician between 10 am and 2 pm and [redacted] arrived around 12:30 pm.

[redacted] was very cordial, put on booties to walk into the house and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. He clearly explained the problem to us as well as the different options to have it remedied in the short and long term and proceeded to fix the problem within half an hour.

We were very happy with his service, his knowledge and his demeanor. Job well done.
