Got a service technician to diagnose my central air conditioner that wasn't working very well. Technician said I was low on Freon and I should get a new air conditioner. He said he "could put a few pounds of Freon in it to keep you cool until we install your new system, but it will eventually leak out of whatever hole is in the system now. It will cost a few hundred per pound, but we'll credit that amount to the cost of your new system."

It is illegal to put Freon into a leaky system. Seems like an unethical company.

Horizon Services provided the fastest and most professional services I have ever experienced. I called for service on a Friday, an assessment and options were provided by a technician the next day, a sales representative met with me on Sunday, and a new HVAC system was completely installed the next day. Not only were all Horizon's representatives professional, they were very pleasant. I will always recommend Horizon!

He dealt with the situation so professional and extremely well mannered he made me feel very comfortable with our decision and easy. Anthony is amazing at his job and highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!

Once again, I am pleased with Horizon's service. They sent a technician the same day we called and arrived within the designated timeframe. Kenneth H. was courteous and prompt. Most importantly, he fixed our toilet and cleaned up the area afterwards. Will definitely use Horizon again.
