The technicians Chuck and Josh were excellent. Not only did they fix my system, but they helped me understand how I needed to fix the ducts to get heat to a particular room. I have been asking technicians for several years and no one has given me an idea on how to improve the heat in this room, but Chuck and Josh explained what I needed to do. They also changed the filter at no charge!!

Keith did an excellent job helping take care of our plumbing after our new granite countertops were installed. There were a few challenges that popped up along the way, but he quickly and politely informed of us of our options. He worked hard to make sure we had the best options and did his best to take care of us.

Our technician [redacted]. was professional and knowledgable. He was able to correctly diagnose our problem as well as helped us with another smaller one. Polite and courteous

[redacted] came to my house to fix one of my toilets. He told me something that I did not know that is very beneficial to keeping my toilets unclogged. He explained to me about the one-ply, two-ply toilet paper options.

Horizon was quick to send a technician who arrived early. [redacted] was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to discover the source of my dishwasher leak and carefully explained the problem to me. He offered advice about drying out the wet areas and even took the time to remove an attachment for me. I would ask for [redacted] again.

We had an airconditioning problem and called Horizon Services at 8 AM on a Sunday morning. They promised to send a technician between 10 am and 2 pm and [redacted] arrived around 12:30 pm.

[redacted] was very cordial, put on booties to walk into the house and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. He clearly explained the problem to us as well as the different options to have it remedied in the short and long term and proceeded to fix the problem within half an hour.

We were very happy with his service, his knowledge and his demeanor. Job well done.
