If you care about great service, straight talk and a high level of core competency when trouble shooting issues with your system - trust me you want Horizon and you want [redacted] I have had all the big name companies in from time to time and this visit was truly exceptional. So much that I will be moving forward with Horizon in the future on all of our HVAC and Plumbing needs.

[redacted] represented Horizon Services with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He exemplified all I could ever ask for in service.

[redacted]. arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and discussed our options in a manner we understood the steps we needed to take. He was friendly and knowledgeable. [redacted] completed plumbing service in our home in 2011, and we requested him again.

[redacted] was very polite, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what was needed.

[redacted] was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining the problem and the solution.

[redacted]. was very professional, helpful and respectful of our home. He immediately put on booties to protect our floors. He quickly fixed our kitchen drain problem and advised us on the state of our bathroom drain. I would highly recommend Horizon and definitely would use them again.

[redacted] a plumbing technician, arrived early and completed the work speedily. He was very friendly and professional and I would definitely call [redacted] and Horizon for any future issues.

We needed our Air Conditioner worked on today and your company sent [redacted] (Reference Code> WLB). He was just wonderful...we couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable person to get the job done! We are elderly and he was so kind in taking his time and explaining all to us. Thank you Horizon for hiring such kind and considerate gentleman to do the job, and what a great job he did. [redacted] was great. We arrived on Time and quickly set to work. He was there to check my HVAC. There was no issues and he was very informative. I would hire Horizon Services, Inc. Again.

[redacted] with horizon services came out today to service our air conditioner. He was very knowledgable and honest. He arrived on time. He explained everything he did and told us what he next step we need to do to stay comfortable. [redacted] even when above and beyond and used our shop vac to clean out water that had accumulated under our system making our home humid, so that we could be more comfortable in our home.

[redacted] came to my house to fix one of my toilets. He told me something that I did not know that is very beneficial to keeping my toilets unclogged. He explained to me about the one-ply, two-ply toilet paper options.

[redacted] has done an excellent job in terms of arriving and completing his work on time. He is an extremely nice guy who did talk in a non technician language that a typical customer like me understand. He did not try to push services and work on me and was very nice in explaining why any of the items need to be done. I would highly recommend him and his services to any of my friends and family members.

Keith did an excellent job helping take care of our plumbing after our new granite countertops were installed. There were a few challenges that popped up along the way, but he quickly and politely informed of us of our options. He worked hard to make sure we had the best options and did his best to take care of us.

Steve did a great job. He deserves a good christmas bonus.

The technicians Chuck and Josh were excellent. Not only did they fix my system, but they helped me understand how I needed to fix the ducts to get heat to a particular room. I have been asking technicians for several years and no one has given me an idea on how to improve the heat in this room, but Chuck and Josh explained what I needed to do. They also changed the filter at no charge!!
