[redacted]. was very professional, helpful and respectful of our home. He immediately put on booties to protect our floors. He quickly fixed our kitchen drain problem and advised us on the state of our bathroom drain. I would highly recommend Horizon and definitely would use them again.

Kevin was quick, friendly, talkative, found the problem, explained the options to fix it, and then proceeded to do the repair.

[redacted] with horizon services came out today to service our air conditioner. He was very knowledgable and honest. He arrived on time. He explained everything he did and told us what he next step we need to do to stay comfortable. [redacted] even when above and beyond and used our shop vac to clean out water that had accumulated under our system making our home humid, so that we could be more comfortable in our home.

[redacted]. fixed the problem fast and efficiently.

We had a slow leak coming from a line in our heater. We called for service on a Monday and we able to get an appointment first thing in the morning the day after the New Year holiday. The HVAC service tech ([redacted].) was quick, courteous and helpful when explaining what he repaired and making recommendations for future repairs. I would defintely recommend Horizon to someone in the future.

[redacted] was a true professional. He showed care for the job that he did and made sure to provide us with the education needed to prevent further problems in the future. He was very friendly and knowledgeable to his trade. Would definitely recommend.

[redacted] did excellent work, explaining how he was going to resolve the problem and adjusting his work when something challenging occurred. He was friendly, respectful and took his time talking with us about how to avoid this problem in the future. We always have very positive experiences with Horizon.

Horizon Services lived up to their claims and commercials wherein they guarantee the customers satisfaction with their work:

Two days after the replacement of an outdoor faucet, we went to use the faucet and discovered that the inside water shut-off could not be turned off. We called Horizon, who set up a service appointment convenient to our schedule. [redacted] came during the appointment window, listened to our problem, examined the indoor shut-off valve, explained to us what had happened, listed the possible solutions, answered all our questions and replaced the indoor valve. We are satisfied with this service.

Awesome great job was happy with [redacted] and his ability to do a very quick clean job and price was not bad either

[redacted] was early and very courteous. He was accommodating, was not afraid of my dog, and was friendly. He explained everything to me in ways I could understand. He gave me realistic options.

I want to give a review of Horizon Services. Technician Colin J. was courteous and respectful of my home. He offered other products that I may want to consider, as well as reviewed the service he provided.

[redacted] and his team were very professional, thorough and explained everything in detail. All my questions were answered. Extra features I purchased were offered and explained in detail without pressure. Anthony made a bad situation for myself (loss of hot water heater) a bearable situation.

Before arriving the Horizon Office called us to let us know the Tech was on his way.-[redacted] was very courteous & concerned for our no heat problem. He introduced himself , put on his booty covers and went directly to diagnose the problem. I told him the codes by counting the blinking light on the 4 yr old Bryant 90x furnace,first a code 33 then it would become a code 13 -the symptoms and he proceeded. He checked the entire Gas furnace explaining to me what he was doing and the function of each part of the system.He also checked the outside vent tubes. He suspected an intermittent problem with the main blower motor, but we couldn't recreate the problem as it was working fine.. There was some excess water in the tubes. He explained to me how to reset the system in case of it shutting down again after a call for heat. System was up & running. He then went and checked out the Thermostat ,which was OK. [redacted] is Very knowledgeable and answered any questions We had. He left his optional recommendations and to call the office if we had the problem again.and he would return. We were put at ease .The system was fine until about 2 hrs later and went off again .I called the office and [redacted] returned after his next call. He checked out the system again and the adjusted the burners. He stayed to monitor the system cycling and of course it ran fine. He gave us a a direct number in case again. The system ran fine until the next morning and shut down again. [redacted] wasn't available but 45 minutes after my morning call another Tech showed up .Veteran Tech [redacted]. He told me that he spoke with [redacted] and was up to speed on the situation. That impressed me that they briefed each other and that I didn't have to explain it all over again. Frank D performed his own inspection of the entire system, outside too and did some additional fine tuning. He concurred with the intermittent blower problem and not leaning toward replacement of the Mother Board. He recommended replacing the blower motor which was still under warranty,but it was my decision with no pressure. Since this was for the Heat & AC I opted to replace the motor..Unfortunately-he did not have the part- but gave us superior advice on keeping the system running until the new special order part came in to be installed. A few days later the Office called to set up an appt. for installation. The new blower was installed and the system has been running fine.so far.We had a list of "Layman"questions and [redacted] answered and expanded on them. I would recommend Horizon Services s I have a service contract with them .Also and they do have special discount coupons by mail and online. I became aware of Horizon Services from mailings and my Neighbor

Technician was very courteous and explained everything before proceeding. I am very happy with the repair.

Very pleased with the overal service and professionalism. The agent arrived promptly and did not waste any time. He also explained everything he was doing and invited me to look over his shoulder if I so desired.

The service and technician were awesome!
