We had a new Lenox furnace installed on Tuesday (October 20th, 2015) and realized by the weekend the furnace was not turning on and there was no heat. Frank D. was the technician who arrived punctually, was extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. Within an hour, the furnace was working and he explained what the problem was. We would recommend Frank for your HVAC needs!
